⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent experience at Brindley MG Wolverhampton I had a really smooth and positive experience buying my MG ZS EV from Brindley MG Wolverhampton, and I’d especially like to highlight Tom Ansell, who looked after the sale. From the first enquiry through to collection, Tom was professional, friendly, and completely straightforward. There was no pressure at any point — just clear, honest answers and good communication throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly, including the EV side of things, and made sure the car was fully prepared exactly as agreed. The vehicle was supplied with a fresh service and MOT, charging cable, new mats, GAP insurance, and all documentation in order. Everything was ready on collection day, which made the handover stress-free and confidence-inspiring. It’s refreshing to deal with a dealership where promises are actually kept, and where the salesperson genuinely cares about the customer experience. Tom is a real credit to Brindley MG, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and the Wolverhampton branch to anyone considering an MG. Very happy with the car and the service — thank you.

Booked a diagnostic at Honda Brindley Group - West Brom.

Very very poor customer. I am very dissapoined of the overpriced diagnostic cost, verses no solution and somewhat misguided suggestion of the issue may be, which is not even a valid suggestion for the issue I am experiencing. I feel I have recevied a serious lack of care and attention for what I paid for a diagnostic.

Furthermore, reception staff were not very polite and sounded frustrated on the phone, which was very evident and made me feel they really didn't want to help. £180 for very basic diagnostic report..... You can get a diagnostic from more prestigious car brand dealerships for less! I would have expected a car wash and valet for that price!

Never going to book with this honda again!

The experience at Brindley Mazda Wolverhampton was fantastic because the salesperson, Brandon, was great from the moment I walked into the dealership. Not pushy in any way, just really helpful, honest, friendly service. I wasn't even looking for a Mazda, just happened to drive by and because of his approach decided I would buy from Brindley. I look forward to going back for servicing and also will return when it comes to change the car. Overall, a great experience.

Service from start to finish was 1st class

The salesman Tony chew was very helpful and I felt can trust him and Brindley Honda . But Brindley Honda are not the cheapest but you do 12 month guarantee which is a massive bonus which covers the car .we have used The Cannock branch and Wolverhampton before and Wolverhampton for servicing

The part ex was made easy and the car was ready for collection at the time arranged.
All round great experience.

Kia bromwich are very difficult to get service appointment.no body answers the phone.one lady picked the phone lazily and said they will ring me back but o one rung me back.called again and same issue again no one answers.
Also last time I went there for sensor issues,they did not know where I parked the car until midday .so got my car back late in the evening.. they need to improve ..

My 90 year old father had his Volvo regularly serviced by Brindley and when my mother was dying was persuaded to sign up to an unnecessary servicing agreement.
He is not questioning the transaction but wishes to have the service history for when he comes to sell. Even though he has made numerous enquiries to Brindley and the finance company they keep refusing.

Dont use this company. They are arrogant and high handed in all their dealings.
