A great dealership, the staff were helpful and friendly and offered exceptional value for money.

Multiple issues but the key issue was the car, that was supposed to be an Approved Used premium car, broke down with brakes and turbo failing on a motorway just over the 6 months legal contract timeframe by a few weeks. It put lives at risk. It needed a complete new engine, turbos, and brake system. So not a single 'random' component failure covered by a warranty but a failure due to a systematic issue affecting multiple key components. Brindley initially seemed supportive but when they realised the extent of the issues they went down the legal route where it's still lingering. The diesel car actually didn't have a full service history at all so wasn't 'Approved', had missed its previous service interval with a main dealer and then had a service with zero details from a small back-street operator. The oil is suspected of not having been changed in years and was like sludge. It had 50k miles on the clock at the time of purchase and 60k when it was an effective write-off.

I enquired about a new Xpeng G6 Performance in mid-April and was advised that it would be ready to collect late May / early June, which was many months ahead of what any other dealer I spoke to could achieve, but after assurances, I placed the order! My Sales contact was Jamie - he was excellent throughout keeping me informed on any changes on the systems and chasing Xpeng for more details and confirmation to meet their promised deadline. There were a few movements in the date (all within the quoted timescales) but he and his colleague Noel both pulled out all the stops enabling me to collect my new car on Saturday 7th June 2026. Unfortunately they could not do anything about the rain for the journey home, but everything else went exactly as planned and they both went above and beyond in making this happen - thank you!

I would certainly recommend them and the dealership to anyone looking for an Xpeng car. They have new and used and are very knowledgeable about them too. The cars are great too!

All questions were answered prior to purchasing the vehicle. Sales team were friendly and knowledgeable.

Price was agreed and the handover of the car was efficient a few days later

I had a great experience buying my Honda Jazz. Tony was very helpful through the whole process making it stress free. I had a small issue with the tyre pressure symbol being over sensitive a few days after purchase, and popped in to ask for advice. They sorted it out on the spot whilst I had a complementary drink. Then Steph ( I might be wrong on the name) sat in my car with me to show me how to reset it if it should happen again. I chose this garage to buy my car because of all the wonderful local reviews and Im glad I did.

Guess i am in the 1% club, purchased a car from the B.Group with a 7 year warrenty, their warrenty company is saying it is void, i have spoke to Tom,Dic & Harry they have all said we will get someone to contact you. they never do.

My experience at Brindley Hyundai West Bromwich was positive because the sales staff were helpful and accommodating. The car was immaculate when I picked it up and time was taken to explain the car set up and how to navigate the settings. If I lived nearer I would definitely be having my car serviced there. Honda is a great product having driven more than one for many years. My partner also has a Honda car and has used their dealership and has been very satisfied with their service. The staff are very friendly and helpful and pricing is fair.

Just brought a EV3 Kia today. It is so easy to drive and quiet too. You can have a conversation without raising your voice. It feels like you are floating even going over potholes. Jack and James are really kind and helpful. They did all the hard paperwork for us and made our experience seamless without any stress.
