I had sent in a design that I liked from a different jewelry store and Brilliance took all of the measurements, then created the exact ring with a better diamond for half of the price. After having the ring for a month or so, I decided the setting was not my favorite and wanted a more simple look. I contacted Brilliance and let them know I had engagement pictures coming up soon and was hoping to get the new ring back in time. Gwen reached out immediately to find out when the ring was needed back and was so helpful on sending me the instructions to return my diamond to be placed in the new setting. They send updates the whole time your ring is in the work shop. I could not recommend this place enough. They are fast at replying, so helpful, very knowledgeable, the customer service is seriously top notch and the jewelry is BEAUTIFUL!!!

I communicated with 2 different people via chat and email a they were both so helpful in answering my questions and getting me the best price available. I have been looking for Lab grown diamonds (roughly 5 ctw)for an engagement ring between several different companies for the past few months in addition, needed a very specific setting (Pave Cathedral). Found a quality stone with Brilliance (E, VS1 Ideal cut) that was less expensive than several other companies (Zales, Blue Nile etc) Found the specific setting I wanted as well. Was close to purchasing but unsure when I was contacted by Scott from Brilliance (via texting) and he was able to work with me to get specifically what I wanted at a fantastic price. Really excited to have such personalized Customer Service in the communication style I prefer. Looking forward to receiving the ring and getting engaged. Thanks to Scott P and Brilliance for making this a Great Experience thus far!

Perfection takes time and it’s worth the wait

Phenomenal experience. Bought my wife her 10 yr anniversary ring. Price is unmatched. Received updates each step of the process, knowing exactly what was going on. I shopped around, brilliance can’t be beat. Just go with these guys.

Good selection of rings with fair pricing. Was able to see where the ring was throughout the process of it being assembled and shipped. Shipping took 8 weeks, I was fine with the extended time but something to be aware of. Customer service was very good.

I ordered a set of custom earrings for my wife for Mother’s day. Everything went well, earrings were delivered promptly and they were beautiful. One problem……..one backing was defective as it would not secure properly to either post, it was loose. I have found that after finally talking to a customer care mgr, that her lack of communication is reason to never buy from Brilliance again. It’s a simple fix, send new backings based on the posts used to construct the earrings, communicate that, and we’re happy. It’s been since May 6 when it was determined it was just one backing that is defective, and in spite of that care mgr telling me she would reach out, I have yet to hear from her.

Finally heard back from Care Mgr. Rather than just inform me that they would send the correct backings, she wanted to “talk.”
Had Brilliance’s quality control done their job in the first place, I would not have had to take time out of my day, over and over, trying to just get them to send the correct backing.
I’m amending my review from 3 stars to 2 stars.
Jonathan, the owner reached out to me, and resolved the issue of the backings. The simple fact that the owner would take the time to make things right is a credit to Brilliance. I’ve amended my rating to 5 stars.

Went to them for a custom engagement ring and it was absolutely perfect. It was exactly what my fiance wanted and I got an incredible deal on the most perfect diamond for it. Couldn’t imagine a better ring. The color was stunning and the customer service was great when I needed an estimate of how long before it arrived.
