Never again! Absolutely improfessional, no client service at all!
Maybe in bigger cities boxnow may work well, but in rural areas, where there is only one box in the next city, to which you need to drive quite a distance (we have a total of 40Km drive to collect an item), boxnow is a real pain in the ass! Two days ago again, the box-system was off, not working at all! So what can you do? You just did 20Km and will drive another 20Km to get back home WITHOUT the package! Also these clowns do not have any phone number anymore, so you cannot even call and ask or inform about a problem! And via email, they responded we shall contact the shop who sent the package, meaning they DIDN't do anything, instead we, as customer should waste even more time and energy to get what? 3Euros back? Absolutely improfessional clows, second time now the same machine was not working! So even though we did have over the last years quite good experiences, all in all, we will never again use this unreliable company...

Avoid if at all possible. Parcel put in a box far from me on Vouliagmenis. I emailed to get it redirected before delivery and Box Now confirmed it would be. Three days later they delivered it to the wrong BoxNow on Vouliagmenis. Worse yet, I only found this out when my code repeatedly did not work. Had to walk a km to get the parcel when the BoxNow location they confirmed was around the corner. This is the 2nd time this happened to me, and the same thing happened to a neighbour. Truly awful.

Completely unacceptable company — slow, disorganized, and utterly lacking in customer service. No one should ever use it. Four working days have passed and nothing has arrived from Thessaloniki to Rhodes. This is, without exaggeration, the worst service imaginable.
When I contacted an employee, they were incapable of even telling me where my package was. This is sheer incompetence. They are entirely unprofessional, have no idea what they’re doing, and are completely unable to provide even the most basic level of service.

They took my package back and forth in Greece, I was supposed to pick it up from Athens according to them when I ordered the parcel to Hungary. When I contacted them (3 times at least, only once did they respond) they just said they can't do anything about it. F them honestly
Worst parcel service!!
I bought something through Vinted worth over 100 eur. The parcel was being sent through BoxNow. I got a notification that it arrived and when I went to the locker to pick it up, it was empty!! I contacted Vinted right away to notify them that I did not receive my parcel. 24 hours later they just changed the status to “order completed” because they said Boxnow says it was delivered!! No attempt at all to help me locate the parcel! It’s also not the first time we’ve had issues with Boxnow. We’ve had parcels ripped open and emptied, lockers not functioning properly, and now the lost parcel. It looks like their delivery people are stealing!!!
No one cares or is trying to help me find it! I just lost over 100 EUR and they do not give a DAMN!!
I strongly urge everyone to stay away from BoxNow.

I think BOXNOW can only be used for delivering low cost items which you done really care if they are lost or damaged.
I didn't receive my package
I didn't receive my package, the locker was empty.
I got the message that my package is in the boxnow locker. I went to pick it up, typed the pin and nothing. The locker didn't even open the first few times, finally when it opened, the locker was EMPTY, my package wasn't in there, I immediately took a picture of it so that I have proof so they cannot tell me that I'm lying. And then I began calling the customer support, they didn't want to answer so I kept calling them for 34 minutes before somebody finally answered and surprise surprise they didn't help me at all they were rude and just wanted to get rid of me, then because I wouldn't want to give up they told me that that sometimes happen (THAT THEY LOOSE PACKAGES) and they will try to resolve this problem and get back to me in a few days.. I'm still waiting but if you can avoid boxnow and please don't ship through them.

At the beginning, BoxNow was okay. Now? Avoid it at all costs.
If you’re lucky, they’ll take 5–7 days just to find an empty locker because most of them are always full. Or they’ll make you drive 20 minutes away to pick up your order from a locker far from your delivery address.
If you’re not lucky, the system will send you a PIN, you’ll go to the locker, enter the PIN, and only then find out that there is no empty box available. Complete waste of time.
Customer support is almost impossible to reach. In some cases, they even make you pay first and then send the order back to the seller after days of silence.
That’s exactly what happened to me. I received an email saying my order was on its way and that I had to pay to receive the PIN. I paid — and then nothing. No PIN, no updates.
After 3 days, I called them and was told the box was “too big” and had been sent back to the seller. 7 days later, the seller still hasn’t received it — and the seller is only 20 minutes away from my address.
Unreliable, poorly managed, and frustrating.
I won’t use BoxNow again.

I opened the locker with the pin code and the locker was EMPTY! After calling several times, waitting 1 hour in the line and sending mail about the problem, after one hole week the answer was that THE DELIVERY WAS COMPLETED SUCCESFULLY!!!!!!!!!! I complained again and I still have NO ANSWER.
The package cannot cover a distance of 60 km for a whole week
They are taking the parcel to the place of issue for a whole week, they cannot cover the distance of 60 km, they have already called and asked that we fly away, the service is disgusting. I'm furious!

I have been waiting 8 days for a parcel…
I have been waiting 8 days for a parcel to be sent to me by a friend via Box Now. The parcel was wrapped in a plastic bag and placed inside an envelope, which clearly had the shipping number written on it.
After 5 days, I was contacted by the company and informed that my parcel was found without a shipping number, only with the plastic bag. This clearly indicates that someone opened the envelope and removed the shipping label.
I asked them to place the parcel in a box and proceed with the shipment. This was confirmed to me over the phone, however two days later there has been absolutely no progress. Despite calling repeatedly, no one answers.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Box Now as a trustworthy company for parcel delivery, especially when issues arise and there is no proper communication or accountability.

That company is really bad and I don't recommend it to anyone I have ordered a packaged and they didn't even send me an email so I can track my order for 6 days I've been waiting for it. Supposedly fast shipping

Previously I was using box now very often and was happy with it, but last SIX parcels were sent to a locker which is 25 minutes away from the one I have chosen (close to my place). Terrible!!! I will not pick up these parcels anymore and generally won’t use box now and will tell this story to everyone. Sad..
P.S. wrote them 3 mails to 3 different emails and tried to call them. Ended the call after I waited for 45 minutes and no one picked up and the mails remained unresponsive, so zero chance to contact them
