First disappointment for years
I didn’t think this item was up to the usual standard, the material seemed flimsy. Also, I found the returns system hard to follow. I do not have a printer and at the age of 82 I had to seek advice about the returns system hard. I have been shopping with you for years but this was the first time I’ve been unhappy.

well the nova necklace I have just…
well the nova necklace I have just received is not the colour I thought it would be. looking at the nova necklace on the Felicity linen mix top the necklace looks like pastel colours. but the one I received looks more like the nora necklace on the Toya linen vest.
