Surprised by the positive experience
As a 6 foot 6 guy with almost no places to get long baggy jeans I decided to risk it and ordered a pair of tall washed khaki jeans. Around 5 business days later they arrived, properly sealed in new condition. The only 'downside' is that on the photos the color seemed a little bit lighter, but for the price of $20 I can't complain. I don't share the same experiences as the others who left negative comments and complained about various aspects, so I can only talk about my experience, which was great. I am definately going to order something soon. (for guys around 6'6 or 6'7 that weigh around 200-210lbs I'd say size 36 tall is perfect, long enough to almost reach the ground even while wearing air forces but not long enough to brush against the ground which I personally dont like).
Edit as of 15/07/2026: made a big order, jeans and jorts decent quality, satisfied. Short and long sweatpants a bit worse quality but for someone that's pretty tall I cant complain paying $20 for them. I recommend boohooman to increases the price by a bit but make fully cotton high-quality sweatpants, that are thicker and are closer to or even better than e.g. nike nocta sweatpants which are the only sweatpants alternative for tall people. Still great store, delivery took 5 days

dont use.....after returning an items 3.5 weeks ago, they will not refund. i have provided proof of return and proof that the return was received by them but still will not issue the refund of £26. there is no customer services, you can only speak to a bot

I ordered the exact same pair of joggers in the same size that I’d bought around three months earlier. The original pair fit perfectly, but the new pair was significantly different in size despite being labelled identically. Because of the inconsistent sizing, I had to pay to return the item after already paying for delivery. I contacted customer service explaining that this wasn’t a case of ordering the wrong size, but a product consistency issue. Rather than acknowledging this or offering any goodwill gesture such as a discount code or free shipping on a replacement, I only received generic responses refusing any compensation. Very disappointing experience for a returning customer.

I ordered from boohooMAN and tried to return a standard clothing item: Relaxed Fit Ripped Washed Denim Shorts. The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, with the original tags attached, and I contacted them within the return period.
Their own return policy says that hygiene-related exclusions apply to items such as fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie if the seal has been broken. However, these are normal denim shorts, not a hygiene-sealed product.
Despite this, their returns portal marks the item as “non-returnable”. I contacted customer service several times and sent photos showing the item with tags attached and unused. Instead of giving a clear policy clause or legal reason, they simply repeated that the item is non-returnable.
It is especially confusing because the portal allows other more hygiene-sensitive items from the same order to be selected for return, but blocks denim shorts.
This feels unfair and against their own stated return policy. I would not recommend ordering from them if you expect a straightforward return process.
Lost Parcel, Difficult Contact
My parcel got lost in the mail and they are really hard to get a hold of for any assistance. Don't order if you need something for a set date or event as you don't know if it will arrive or it will get sorted if goes wrong.
Two Orders, No Delivery, No Resolution
I have always enjoyed shopping with BoohooMAN, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing.
My original order, worth over £130, qualified for Next Day Delivery. It was marked as out for delivery by Evri but never arrived. After contacting customer services, I was simply told to wait 48 hours before they would investigate further.
I followed their instructions, but once the 48-hour period had passed there was still no meaningful update. In the meantime, because I urgently needed the items, I placed a replacement order worth over £120 using Delivery+. Despite being due for delivery, Evri still showed that they were “expecting” the parcel, meaning it hadn’t even been handed over by BoohooMAN.
I have now spent almost £255 across two orders and have nothing to show for it.
The most frustrating part has been the lack of ownership. Customers are directed to Evri, yet Evri’s customer service is almost entirely automated, making it virtually impossible to speak to a person. As the retailer, I expected BoohooMAN to take responsibility for resolving the issue rather than asking me to keep waiting.
Delays can happen, and I understand that. What I don’t accept is poor communication, repeated requests to wait, and a lack of proactive support when something has clearly gone wrong.
I hope BoohooMAN resolves this quickly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend them.

Extremely frustrated – Paid for goods never received and poor support
I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with BoohooMAN’s delivery and customer service.
I placed an order (MUK130996008) which was handled by Evri. After the tracking stopped updating, I contacted Evri directly. Evri officially confirmed in writing that they have conducted a search and that my parcel is "potentially lost in our network."
Despite providing BoohooMAN with this official evidence from the courier, their customer service team has repeatedly ignored the facts and insisted that I wait until July 4th for an update. As a consumer, I have paid for items that have not been delivered, and the retailer is legally responsible for ensuring I receive my goods or a refund. Being asked to wait weeks for a refund when the courier has already admitted the parcel is lost is entirely unacceptable.
I am now having to escalate this through PayPal just to get my money back for goods I never received. I would advise others to be very cautious when ordering, as if something goes wrong, you will be left chasing the retailer to fulfill their basic obligations.

Poor. Received the wrong item and they tell me I have to wait 15 days for the item to be received by their warehouse to get a refund. Royal Mail tracker says the item has been delivered back to them. Absolute joke of a company because a numpty can't read a label in the warehouse.

Ordered a 100% cotton t shirts, but when I received the shirt, it felt elastic and the label which was for some reason already coming off said 90% cotton and 10% polyester,
Wrong order received
I received the wrong item entirely. Tried contacting through Facebook Messenger as advised on their site, no response. Emailed about receiving the wrong item and the returns portal says I won’t be refunded for the full amount I paid!
Told via email I will be refunded or sent the correct item - no certainty on which one it will be, but the item is now out of stock anyway so I doubt I will be sent it.
Emails back and forth are uncertain if I will receive the full amount back that I paid once it arrives back with them at the warehouse.
I am really disappointed considering I will no longer have the item in time for what I ordered it for.
Avoid this company at all costs.
