A**eholes
Ordered a red buoy and was sent a bright orange buoy. Tried to amicably find a solution with Gregg (the managing director) and even offered to return it at my own cost if they agreed to replace it. Gregg expected me to pay upwards of £10 to return the orange buoy, then accept a refund (not including the original delivery cost) and then buy a new one, including delivery. This essentially would have cost me double to get the colour I had originally ordered. Gregg took no responsibility for the misleading advertisement of a red buoy and started throwing around accusations which he couldn’t back up.
Avoid these fraudsters at all cost.
I expect a hostile reply as they have provided everyone who has submitted a 1 star review.
A company which has no accountability and respect for their customers.

Hi Jason,
I am not surprised to see your use of profanities in the subject title, it is in keeping with your aggressive and threatening nature we have encountered.
We do not sell orange buoys so you were sent out the correct product, the issue was and i quote the colour "did not fit the aesthetics of your gym" so basically you did not like the colour, you then expected us to send a replacement out with free delivery for a black buoy, we advised we cannot offer exchanges but would accept a return with a refund.
As a business this is simply not something we can do, if we have made a mistake we rectify it as the rest of our excellent reviews suggest.
We offered an amicable solution but it was not what you wanted, you then began to abuse, threaten and bully us until you got your own way (including tell me to shove our warranty policy somewhere), we did not relent and hence forth your 1 star review. We respect and are grateful to all our customers, however, we do not appreciate that kind of behaviour towards myself or my colleagues.
At all times we abided to our terms and conditions and returns policy that is clearly stipulated on our website. We have been in business for over 17 years and we are most certainly not fraudsters as you suggest.
You are entitled to your opinion and we are entitled to a rebuttal with the facts. Thankfully our customers can also see the many positive reviews that better reflect our products and level of customer service.

.......Choose the best maker possible....you`re protecting an asset.
After comparing several traders on the Net, I chose B.D.F.
Not because they were the cheapest.......but because their site convinced me I was purchasing the best product available.....at a fair price.
The site was very simple to use but also professionally designed and easy to navigate.
All the info you need to make an informed desicion

Tracked and delivered in 3 days.
Just inflated them today, the 23rd Oct 2023.
