There is nothing more frustrating for a business owner than a inaccurate one star review so here are the facts.

Mr Kozhara sent an email to our customer service team at 13:54 saying he wished to return his item, we responded at 14.28 with details on how to return the unwanted item.

At no time did he mention he received the incorrect item and we responded with 35 minutes. Not one star service by any stretch of the imagination.

The irony is Mr Kozhara posted this review at 13:56 meaning we had two minutes from his email to him writing the review to reply!!

As with most companies we appreciate all feedback and take on board what our customers say, however, it is deeply frustrating to a company who gives good service to review these false one star reviews. We appreciate all our customers who give us accurate feedback whether good or bad.
