I never received my order!
I never received my order!
It is 3 weeks later and I have received multiple requests for reviews and no items. I would really like to repair my trusty old espresso machine so I am still hoping that this is due to slow shipping???

It looks like this was going to a P.O. box.
So was rejected by the outgoing postal provider, AnPost.
As we do not ship to PO box's we will make a refund.
If you wish to reorder, use a different address.

Very good customer service. I got a faulty item and they responded very quickly and sent a replacement item without asking to ship the faulty one back.
Shipping is usually untracked when you order but the shipping price is good (relative to the times we live in) to EU.
Overall a very positive experience, good prices and selection of relevant items in the store.

I was asking about a few very specific coffee machine parts, which were not included for the steam wand assembly I bought. The Support replied very quickly und ended up testing similar parts of another coffeemachine on my steam wand. After finding a way to make the parts fit, they were sent to me free of charge!
Additionally I bought multiple parts on this site, and they all arrived like advertised and on time!

Ordered for delivery in the US
Ordered for delivery in the US, waited two weeks for items. Checked shipping regularly. Went to track and it stated "We could not deliver your item. We will try to return it to the sender." I emailed customer service asking what was going on with my package. Their response was; "When this comes back we will make a full refund. Sorry for the hassle." So now I am out two weeks without my espresso machine and I now have to re-order the parts (from somewhere else obviously) and I am also out my $$ (over $85) hoping the refund me when they get their product back (what if it can't be delivered?). They aren't even trying to make this right or make my experience a good one. Didn't offer to resend. Sorry for the hassle.. sorry I ordered from your company. Terrible.

As we have not found what is causing these issues, we decided that a 100% refund would allow you to the option of whether to repurchase or purchase elsewhere.

Ordered a Sage 2 way valve but they shipped a 3 way, called 3 times no reply, no response yet to email, really need the part. I guess it’s not a scam as they did ship something but the part shipped very slowly from Ireland and it’s wrong. Should have ordered from the UK 😳
