It was unfortunate that when I exchanged a neckless for a somewhat larger one that you wouldn't honor the discount nor allow me to pay the incremental difference. Instead I was expected to pay the full balance. I was never told this when I initiated the return.
I am so very happy with my reset engagement ring. I chose the gold bezel setting for my heat diamond and am in love with it! I put a heat shaped sapphire in my old setting which is beautiful!! I love Blue Nile. Quality and service are phenomenal!

The bracelet came with a very cheap clasp. We had to bring my wife’s gift to a trusted jeweler to have it fashioned properly. Emailed customer service with no response.
Would not recommend again.

First of all, bracelet was hollow 🤬but that’s my fault. Second the links that connect together have sharp edges🤬terrible for what I paid!! First and last time buying online jewelry, I don’t mind paying for quality, this is not what I received. Would not recommend to anyone!

I spent >$3K on two gifts. One of those, a gold necklace, had a clasp that was defective and broke after 3 months. The return was handled professionally, but after mailing it in and being repaired at their site, I was forced to pay $30 for their insurance and shipping charges in order to have it returned to me. NO REPUTABLE LOCAL JEWELER WOULD DO THAT, especially after spending $3K in the last 6 months. I will find and support a local jeweler. Blue Nile can GFT!

The wrong necklace was sent to me. I called to figure out what the options are. The one I ordered wasn’t going to be available for over a month. I was then told if I kept the wrong necklace that was sent, I would owe several hundred more dollars because it was more expensive. I decided to return the incorrect necklace and purchased something from Tiffany’s instead. I’ve used this site since I purchased my wife’s engagement ring; but I will no longer buy jewelry from this site. Terrible customer service and experience.
