The service was excellent. The Blue Nile representative was really knowledgeable and assisted us in selecting the perfect diamonds for my ring. The ring design came back exactly as we requested. Overall we were very pleased with the staff and bery happy with the end results. I would highly recommend Blue Nile.

very well packaged

very well packaged, although a little weird. The product was earrings, and the box was like 8" by 12", with a smaller box inside to hold the earrings.

It was May 8, 2026, My big birthday, Mother's Day and a significant Wedding Anniversary all in one month! I asked Grok the best reliable place to purchase my lab diamond it recommended Blue Nile as #1! I was so excited to not only create my dream diamond ring but also the quality and affordability was right in my wheelhouse! I love it!!

Poor Service

It was unfortunate that when I exchanged a neckless for a somewhat larger one that you wouldn't honor the discount nor allow me to pay the incremental difference. Instead I was expected to pay the full balance. I was never told this when I initiated the return.

I am so very happy with my reset…

I am so very happy with my reset engagement ring. I chose the gold bezel setting for my heat diamond and am in love with it! I put a heat shaped sapphire in my old setting which is beautiful!! I love Blue Nile. Quality and service are phenomenal!

The bracelet came with a very cheap…

The bracelet came with a very cheap clasp. We had to bring my wife’s gift to a trusted jeweler to have it fashioned properly. Emailed customer service with no response.

Would not recommend again.

First of all

First of all, bracelet was hollow 🤬but that’s my fault. Second the links that connect together have sharp edges🤬terrible for what I paid!! First and last time buying online jewelry, I don’t mind paying for quality, this is not what I received. Would not recommend to anyone!

I spent >$3K and was charged $30 for fixing a defect

I spent >$3K on two gifts. One of those, a gold necklace, had a clasp that was defective and broke after 3 months. The return was handled professionally, but after mailing it in and being repaired at their site, I was forced to pay $30 for their insurance and shipping charges in order to have it returned to me. NO REPUTABLE LOCAL JEWELER WOULD DO THAT, especially after spending $3K in the last 6 months. I will find and support a local jeweler. Blue Nile can GFT!

Wrong necklace sent, then requested more money

The wrong necklace was sent to me. I called to figure out what the options are. The one I ordered wasn’t going to be available for over a month. I was then told if I kept the wrong necklace that was sent, I would owe several hundred more dollars because it was more expensive. I decided to return the incorrect necklace and purchased something from Tiffany’s instead. I’ve used this site since I purchased my wife’s engagement ring; but I will no longer buy jewelry from this site. Terrible customer service and experience.
