Delicious!
Gift was re-delivered promptly after nobody was home to receive the first attempt. Product arrived as photographed on the website, so the packaging was very good, and most importantly, they tasted delicious!

Not as delicious as I remember
This review is for the Lemon tarts which unfortunately were not as delicious as I remember from the previous batch I bought and don't come close to the cherry bakewell tart. The 2 things that I was disappointed with in the Lemon tart was the sponge which seemed to be dry and the amount of lemon curd, there was an awfully big gap between the thin layer of lemon curd at the bottom of the tart and the sponge above. Yes the decoration is pretty but given that a box of 6 tarts is £18+ I would have expected the entire tart to be tip-top with more of a lemony bite. As somebody who buys a lot of Biscuiteers products I think this particular range needs a bit of a tweak.

Tasty product
I have ordered the Brownies before and this delivery was just as good and tasty as the previous one. I would have given 5* if the delivery had been on the day I requested, and not the following day. It was a little inconvenient. I will order again.

The customer service is atrocious and…
The customer service is atrocious and looking at all these one star reviews in July 2026, it seems I’m not the only one. I ordered 2 items to be delivered for my daughter’s birthday. One minute, Biscuiteers are dropping off a delivery note and giving them to another business close by who knows nothing about it then they ask me to rearrange delivery. It’s been 2 weeks now so I don’t want the products any more (I ordered a personalised birthday biscuit) and they won’t give me a refund. They just fob me off when I ask for a refund. Do not touch this company. They are chaotic and greedy.

I am very disappointed in this service
I am very disappointed in this service. I did add it to the order but wondered if it hadn’t gone through. I sent this message through immediately afterwards. I also asked for the delivery on or around the 29th July and can see that it has already been delivered.
I am so disappointed and will not be using you again. It would have served me do much better to have used someone else.
There is no point in having the biscuit without the personalisation. Surely that’s the whole point of ordering it?

Really poor service.
I ordered a gift more than a week ago but it has not been sent out, never mind delivered, and when I tried to ask what has happened to it, I received an out of office automated email saying they were not back until April (it is currently July). I have had no response or further contact from them.

Hard to navigate website & app and poor customer service
I received a present from this company and I thought it was lovely and they included a discount code. So I decided to order two different items to be delivered to 2 different addresses. Their website is not user-friendly to navigate and I spent a long time choosing, writing messages for the biscuits and a gift message for both presents, putting all the addresses in then to go to the payment page and the code doesn’t work. Tried looking at t’s&c’s page - no help, emailed them about it and it took them 4 days to get back to me which I think is too much as the day I needed to order the biscuits came and went. Finally downloaded the app and the code worked but again difficult to navigate and ended up just getting both presents delivered to me which defeats the object of sending letterbox sized presents. Overall not a pleasant shopping experience.
