I’ve ordered multiple times from Baked By Steph and every time i get more excited to see what they are like! The cookies no matter when ordered come placed perfectly and still soft and delicious! Their Advent calendar was the best purchase i made, for my girlfriend in xmas 2025! our favourite part of everyday was finding out what we got, and seeing adorable perfectly iced cookies!

I’ve bought birthday presents & now the advent calendar from Baked by Steph and every experience from ordering to the item itself is 10/10. The biscuit designs are always so beautiful and packaged with such care. Not only that, they look good AND taste good. You can tell this is a business with so much heart! I’d really recommend.

I ordered a box of engagement biscuits and I accidentally requested them to be delivered the week after i needed them. I emailed them on the thursday and explained my mistake and asked if there was any way they could be delivered before the coming saturday. I got a response within the hour saying how they will be able to ship them the next day and get them to me by saturday. They arrived saturday morning and they are absolutely beautiful.

I ordered personalised cookies but had entered the wrong date. Baked by Steph responded so quickly, dispatched my item the following day and let me change the address so that the cookies were delivered in time for a party.
Such good customer service and they looked fantastic!

I received the chocolate chip and funfetti 'Cookie Nuggs' today and they were horrid — they were crumbled in the bottom of the packet and tasted stale and hard, with no flavour whatsoever. I've also ordered some 'Happy Birthday' cookies for my niece, I'm hoping they don't taste the same.
UPDATE: My niece's 'Happy Birthday' cookies were also stale and flavourless (shocker). I won't be returning or recommending to others. Do better, Stephanie Giordano!

Impressed with the speed in which they dealt with a broken delivery. All resolved within 10 minutes of me emailing them. Very professional company that takes customer service seriously. Biscuits look fab too! Hopefully my replacement order arrives in one piece too!

Ordered their golf set as a father’s day gift and they were outstanding! Beautifully decorated and so crisp and tasty. Will 100% be ordering again.

I was a bit of a pain and had to change my delivery time / text on the cookies, but the team are so understanding and helpful nothing was too much trouble.

The attention to detail and quality of the gift is incredible and my friend is made up - thank you so much! Will certainly be shopping again!

Sent me the wrong sleeve, I contacted them and they're sending me a new ribbon + new sleeve free of charge for tomorrow.

Mistakes happen, but super impressed with the customer service and kindness of Leigh - it goes a long way!

Absolutely gutted my sister who is a massive Taylor swift fan, I had ordered her the Taylor swift themed biscuits for her 30th birthday which haven't arrived in time and due the day after which is of no use as she is now away for a month travelling. I contacted baked with Steph and was offered a 15% off voucher, however not much use as I won't be ordering from again.

I have since been contacted again and offered a refund This time.

Ordered a few times for the misses as she loves them and this time round I accidentally the wrong postcode but the correct first line of address, I didn't notice this until I checked the tracking at last minute, luckily Baked By Steph was proactive in recognising the address mistake and corrected it to the right one and delivery was made to the correct address, thank you so much saved me alot of stress!

Also another thing to add is it was very worried when I made my first order that how would the cookies stay unbroken but believe me when I say this they never broke and always intact and come in the same position as they appear on the website

I can't thank the team enough at Baked By Steph enough! It was quite a tight turnaround that I placed my order, their responses were quick and so helpful. I loved that I was able to review the design before it was sent to creation. The biscuits went down so well, everybody loved them. Special shout out to Hannah who was so helpful. Can't wait to order from them again. xx

Ordered a Valentine’s cookie to be delivered. Arrived on time and was packaged really nicely. Can’t comment on the taste of the cookie but it definitely looked amazing! Really nicely decorated. Although some icing came off during transit so lay broken in the box (these things happen), it was a greatly appreciated gift and would definitely order again :)

I had such a lovely experience. I needed a cake with only 3 days notice for a custom design and the team was so kind to quickly get back to me and perfectly design the cake according to the reference. Delivery was quick and in perfect condition. Would def order again!

Was extremely excited to try these for my partners birthday which were presented at a table for her 30th birthday in which we all took one piece of the lettering in which I had to review on trustpilot to see whether anybody else had written such a similar review. I can only describe the same experience as Abi whom posted on the 9th June 2023. Possibly a bad batch who knows but the fact that a number of us all stated it tastes stale like and perhaps a bad batch? Mine were bought through Selfridges who no surprise had no interest in resolving the matter.

I contacted Baked by Steph at very short notice to create some custom biscuits for an event, they were amazing. So swift to send over designs and make sure the biscuits were perfect.

They arrived on time and were a big hit with all our speakers, everyone was so excited by them and I saw a lot of posts on LinkedIn featuring the cookies!

Hannah and the team were really professional, answered all my questions quickly, and ensured my biscuits were delivered in just a few days.

The only downside is I didn't order any to try myself (I was told they were delicious).
