I was away on holiday…
I was away on holiday when my mother turned 92 so I couldn't give her flowers in person so I ordered an iced biscuit of peonies which I left for her with a bag of other presents. She loved the biscuit and peonies are her favourite flower.

I was not told the item had been…despatched
I was not told the item had been despatched prior to delivery. I received it on time but was was only aware of despatch when it was delivered. I had lots of stress and worry. I sent a complaint to to about no information+ was ignored with a "yay glad you received it." Great biscuits, rubbish comms+admin.

Arrived a day later than expected but that was down to the courier. Beautiful biscuits, well presented in a tin and lots of skill involved in the icing. Would buy again as a special gift.

Biscuits are excellent, delivery is poor.
Although the biscuits are excellent- taste and design. The delivery process is extremely poor. On numerous occasions my order has been delayed or even lost.
