Products original & bespoke.
Shortbread flavoured biscuits delicious and also the Americano, Cappuccino and iced coffee delicious.
The two ladies serving were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable about Products being sold.
While observing the queue of customers at the till, I observed one customer being difficult, awkward needing a lot of attention, the lady serving this customer was brilliant, patient & very polite.
I was very impressed !

Ordered on 17th for delivery 27th. Birthday gift, to my partner's work. No dispatch notification and no update on Shop so I emailed them. They have a known issue following a migration - god knows why they haven't checked orders manually through this period - and haven't dispatched. They offered me a refund of the delivery fee - I paid no delivery fee as my order was £££.
I would have expected for them to contact me, not the other way around, for the refund offer to be significantly larger / or full or for the option to cancel, and very clear information about when delivery will happen. The delivery is to a work address, so weekends will not work.
Really weak service.

We're very sorry that your order wasn't dispatched in time for your requested delivery date and that you had to contact us to find out what had happened.
Unfortunately, following a recent system migration, we have experienced an issue where some affected orders have not been visible to us as having failed to progress correctly. This has made it extremely difficult to identify and contact customers proactively, and we're very sorry that your order was affected.
As our standard delivery dates are requested rather than guaranteed, our initial resolution for a missed date is to refund the equivalent value of the delivery charge. This applies even where free delivery was originally received, which is why this was offered in your case.
We completely appreciate that, with a birthday gift being delivered to a workplace, a later delivery was no longer suitable. Following your subsequent request to cancel the order, we therefore processed a full refund for you.
We're very sorry for the disappointment caused. While we're proud that the overwhelming majority of the feedback we receive from our customers is positive, we absolutely recognise that this wasn't the level of service you should have experienced.

Poor Delivery…
When i placed the order i was asked for a delivery date. I selected the prefered date and assumed it was fine as i wasn't told anything to the contrary. However the delivery was a couple of days after my sisters birthday which was disappointing. Has put me off placing any future orders.

I don’t know if the biscuits were any…
I don’t know if the biscuits were any good but I sent these to be delivered to a friend for her 21st birthday, which happened to be on a Friday. DHL couldn’t deliver as no one was at home so the next delivery date was Monday. Too late. My friend had gone on holiday for two weeks. I paid for the premium delivery time and am disappointed that you don’t use a courier who will deliver at the weekend. Bit of a waste of money for me.
