Pretty but taste awful
Received these as a gift. Are the biscuits gorgeous? Yes. However they taste absolutely awful, like can’t get the taste out your mouth bad. Do not recommend unless you just want something pretty to look at. They’re expensive so you expect they would taste even just okay. Save your money and buy some flowers.

Slight Issue with Delivery Date
I have bought several items from this company for special occasions, and there's no doubt the products are outstanding in quality.
However, I placed an order to be delivered on a specific date, which I selected from their calendar, and they didn't arrive. I messaged the Team asking to confirm that the goods had been despatched, and haven't received a reply.
They have been delivered today, a day late, they're beautiful and have been well received, thank you.
I knocked one star off for late delivery and one for lack of response.
Had they arrived yesterday as expected, I would have rewarded 5 stars with high praise as normal.
I will use this company again as I love their products and presentation, I was just a bit disappointed on this occasion.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience
I ordered biscuits from Biscuiteers on 6th August as a gift for my grandson’s first day of school, selecting 2nd September as the delivery date. I ordered almost four weeks in advance to ensure they arrived in time.
Unfortunately, they didn’t arrive for his first day, completely missing the occasion they were purchased for.
I contacted Biscuiteers, who refunded the postage but refused a full refund, explaining that the delivery date was only an estimate. I appreciate that delays can happen, but given the purpose of the order and how far in advance it was placed, I was disappointed that no goodwill refund was offered.
Sadly, this has left me very disappointed and I would think twice about ordering again for an important occasion.

All of our orders are dispatched a day or two ahead of their requested delivery dates, to ensure as little transit time with the courier where they risk damage. This is the case whether the order is placed for next day delivery or placed weeks in advanced.
For this reason we do include messaging on the website and in checkout that outlines that we unfortunatley cannot guarantee delivery dates, something that is unfortunately outside of our control.
We do additionally offer the option of requesting delivery via DHL in the checkout process, a courier for which we do guarantee delivery on the requested delivery date. So we would recommend for time sensitive deliveries, either selecting this courier, or requesting delivery a day or 2 in advance of when it's needed.
Where orders are delayed beyond our expected timeframes, we do of course offer a refund of the postage fee as an apology, which we can see was offered in this case.
We're of course very sorry to hear that we did not make the delivery on the day you requested and do hope we get the chance again to impress you in future.

Looked too good to eat!
These biscuits really did look too good to eat! My friend loved her birthday flower biscuits and immediately went and bought some for a family member's birthday - praise indeed.
