This ccompany is a SCAM AND IS STEALING PEOPLES MONEY. I bought three items on Bidz which were going to be shipped within 3 days, ten days later I was old that stock has not arrived and will be dlayd another 2 weeks. As this was a gift and I would not receive the items on time I asked Bidz to cancel my Order and refund my money which they agreed and said it would take 1 to 2 weeks, that was 12/03/2018. Two weeks later I was told that it would take another 1 to 2 weeks. I have not recived a refund and they are refusing to reply to emails. REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY.

Bidz.com is bad news! Don't waste your time!

Bidz.com cancels orders without notifying you, including the free items you are supposed to receive basef on amount of purchase. They are impossible to reach by phone and do not respond to emails. They have told me to get my refund from my bank for complete orders they canceled. They have still yet to refnd me for items canceled with partial shipments. They do not communicate with Affirm for complete orders they have canceled and Affirm won't close out the loan obligation without it. Of ordered items reveived it was only because of constant hounding. They are not timely. Hundreds of similar complaints with Better Business Bureau. Do not recommend doing business with them.

The ring that bidz.com say I was buying was not what I got ,it was junk.In the past what pay for is what I got from bidz.com. These people you cant ever talk to them and if you email they want even get back with you.

Horrible Experience

Horrible Experience! This company has gone in the Toilet! Don’t order anything cuz they won’t ship it in a acceptable amount of time and u can’t call them or email them cuz they won’t answer! If u do get through after many, many emails and Cancel your order cuz they delayed shipping it(products are not stocked), they will then tell u that they are not Refunding any of your money and u must get your funds from your bank! Are u Insane? This company is on the brink of Bankruptcy again!

My order was not filled for over 4…

My order was not filled for over 4 weeks. When the customer service responded - two weeks after my email and a phone message - I was told that it's a vendor fault who had not provided one (out of five) item in the order. I was given two options - cancel the order or keep waiting. No expected time was given. There was no option just to drop the missing item. Given just those two options I decided to cancel the order. As a result my account is suspended that I was not told in advance. Due to the suspension I cannot check whether my order has been canceled.

I purchased two pieces of jewelry in January. Have not received them and it is now April, Requested refund and was told money would be refunded and that has not happened. I will NEVER shop at Bidz again and would not recommend them to anyone!

I won a bid and the item was never…

I won a bid and the item was never sent. Bids also added for free a silver chain which of course was never received. My credit card was charged on 12 th February and I had to request a refund from my credit card company more then two months later. I did buy the item for $100 more and the item has been shipped but to date I have not received it. I could not get any contact with bidz other then by email. It was very frustrating as the replies could not tell me when my order was to be shipped or if the vendor was ever going to supply it. The item was a gift for a 40th birthday and it has been embarrassing as the gift has not arrived in time for the birthday. I have had previous experience with bidz with trouble at all. No friction really

No friction really, it's just waiting too long for my 2 orders. I got third one really quickly, but the other two not. I e-mailed to ask when they will be shipped and the customer service rep didn't know when. It is frustrating. They don't even have the time range: 2 weeks, 1week, 2 months, 1 year. Do they have the product or not? If not when will they have it? Seems like customer service job to know.

Still disappointed with the length of…

Still disappointed with the length of time it is taking to receive my purchases. 5 months and I am still waiting, did not receive my authentication papers with one of my watches, no one answers the number they give you to call. That is not good service.

Huge disappointment!

I hate to repeat myself! BIDZ.COM have not changed their ways at all! Costumer Service doesn't answer phones, voice mail box is full, so you cannot leave the message, placed and paid for merchandise is not sent for weeks and months (some of items placed by me as far as mid December 2017) never arrived. I sent an e-mail a "AMANDA, Customer service specialist" request for reimbursement, no answer for 2 weeks. Out of desperation I contacted the BETTER BUSSINESS office and next day I got a promise that my "open" orders will be reimbursed in 1-2 weeks, but couldn't place any orders. (hopefully it will change in the future!). Looks like they make people bid on a pictures of jewelry while they don't even have it in stock and often can't even get from venders. I also asked Amanda for a RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATIO) number, so I could return couple of items. Still no answer! There is 2 weeks period for doing that.Hope to get my money back at least, and soon as promised!

I won the bid on a watch which I had to pay $34.50 immediately. I was told it would be mailed the 5 to 7 business days. After two weeks I had not received the watch. I had to send an email to find out why. I was told that I would receive the watch in about one week. After two weeks I received a notice that you could not get the watch and I would receive a refund which I have not. How can I win a bid on a watch that you do not have?????? You had my money for about a month and one-half and received interest on it. I cannot even get my money back. Why is this? When do I get my money????

I have made 2 orders with complete…

I have made 2 orders with complete payment of both.
The first order was not shipped till now and no tracking number was sent to me.
I wrote a lot of emails inquiring about that order, no replies, no information about it till today. The second order was partially shipped, and no further information about the rest items in the order.
I think the customer service is very bad.
