Beautiful product , but shipping took too long to get it !!

Most items are overvalued. Shipping times are not close to being true.
Products are really good and overall value is reasonable. Will occasionally buy but will not be my first choice.

I made an order May 10 and still don’t received neither tracking number , almost a month
And Bidz already made charge to my credit card

Shipment takes awhile hence -1 star. Aside from that everything's all good so far.

I paid for all my bids and deliveries since May 16th about 1000 dollars. I still waiting for all my purchases. Not emails of that merchandize is delivery. I sent letters and they said thank you for you patient and they are waiting for my merchandize. 18 days and I am waiting. I don't understand why it is sale stuff that they don't have available ? I just get back 2 rings and a necklaces. Value 21 dollars all. waiting for the rest.

I have ordered goods and not received them. All the advice I got from them was to contact my bank to try and get my money back. I am very up set and have lost about three thosand dollars.. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered a gift for mothers day. The item was supposed to ship within 3-4 days of purchase and I did not get my order until a MONTH after mothers day. Not only that but the ring i ordered was warped.

I made a purchase December 27.2017. Contacted bidz.com several times leading up to may about the status of my order. Every time a received a generic response stating that the supplier was back ordered and I would receive my order shortly. After submitting another complaint ticket (7 in total) I received a response claiming I needed to dispute the charges with my credit card company for a refund as I was not receiving my order as bidz.com was not doing business with that supplier any longer. My order was cancelled. I contacted my credit card company to find out it was past the 119 days they allow for a dispute. Bidz.com well no longer respond to my questions. I have lost $500 to bidz.com.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Bidz.com. If you do please be advised you well need to dispute your payment with your credit card company within 119 day.
Blatant Scam.

Bidding is fun for me! I love fighting for preferable things. Won 8 times and put all in one basket! I participated in one-dollar auction several times. Now I am waiting for delivery. A guy from the customer service team has just confirmed that my order is loaded! Last time it took less than 10 days.

Purchased Xmas gifts in Sept and Oct of 2017. Lots of time to receive In Mail I thought. BIDZ.COM kept telling me orders were backed up with the supplier and my patience was appreciated. Items never came by Christmas. As I had printed off the pictures of items and gave to my family at Xmas....I kept emailing BIDZ.COM for updates. They continued to tell me the items were coming. By the end Feb 2018, I asked for a refund as I now felt I was being scammed, and the items were never really going to come. BIDZ.COM said no problem, and my credits card would be refunded within two weeks. After multiple more emails, fast forward to May 2018....BIDZ.COM has now told me they will not be refunding me as their supplier defaulted. They advised I go through my credit card company for a refund. I went to my credit card company ROYAL BANK VISA and they will not look at this case either as too much time has passed for them to go after BIDZ.COM on my behalf.
I have now cancelled my account with BIDZ.COM AND ROYAL BANK VISA, and I am out the money.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BIDZ.COM...or you will be scammed as I was.

i paid in march, friday they told me they can't delivery my items because their partner was not correct, but the same items i bought are now in auction, at my question nobody answered, the same method used with other customers, in italy we have a name for this behavior

Jewelry options and prices are great, but the services is deplorable to the point of being shady.

I never had trouble with my first orders, but this time, I never received my orders, they will not refund my money after saying they would for 3 or 4 times and now they want me to get my money back through my bank? This was NOT a fraudulent charge to my account. I bought the items, they got the money and I did not received my product. Bidz should refund the money! Definitely will not buy from them again!+

Michael Christoff, Movado, Oniss, Omax… those are all watches I bought / won at Bidz! I am crazy about watches, and my younger sister can ware them as well if I feel bored.) Last time I’ve got a nice Croton sample of such a womanly design! It took my heart forever.

I love Bidz, but it takes too long to receive item. They are very slow in shipping items. I wish that they would investigate and find out what takes so long to ship. Otherwise, I love the selections!

You dont shipp the jewelry we buy on time. You sell a product that you should send 2 or 3 days and I have some order from October 2017 that you have not sent. It is not acceptable.
I hade some Christmas presents that I did not get and I have not get yet.
