They post items for sale they do not have available - and then string you along waiting for them. When you have waited, the items are no longer available, and they then tell you to collect a refund through your credit card. The kicker? The items are still showing on their site for sale or bid.

Bidz gone bad - scam - STAY AWAY!
I have had several years experience with Bidz, both with auction items and direct sale items. Although there were only a few minor problems in the past, the company has now deteriorated into nothing more than a ripoff machine. This year, they sold and charged me for an item that turned out not to be in stock, nor was any attempt made to obtain the item and complete delivery. In short, Bidz took my money and delivered nothing. When I followed up on the transaction, the company refused to cancel the order and refund my money. They insisted that I turn to my credit card company for satisfaction which is totally unacceptable. Bidz has become shaky at best and shady at worst. Think of all those transactions just waving in the wind until too much time has passed for redress! In my mind, this is exactly what Bidz hopes for and will continue to do until they are shut down.

No longer in business
No longer in business? We have had great service in the past, but the past few months - it looks like they have closed and taken our money. Numerous phone calls - unanswered. Emails - Unanswered. Voice Mail - no response. Now I have to dispute charges as far back as October for small items I had forgotten about.
UPDATE: July 19. Our emails and poor reviews have worked a little. Bidz cancelled a few of the old orders, but they never contacted us UNTIL our bank started hitting them with charge backs to our Visa. NOW its "we ship next week" Sorry, but your history shows this to be a lie. Wait till they see the big one to hit next for the Rolex they never sent.

Terrible ..Bidz took over $3000.of my money and sent nothing to me so I filed a complaint on my visa ..I used to buy 1000s of dollars off them 10 yrs ago an always got my jewels ..now they are untrustworthy..never answer there phone and write back saying nothing they can do on their end..ripped off..now I bought $1200. Of jewels from the police auction place ..duper better deals than bizs.

I Used Bidz a couple of years ago and the experience was very good.
Sadly on this occasion it was and still is the worst experience. I purchased on 25 May 2018 and today 3 July 2018 I am still waiting for some of my order which were for Birthday gifts very disappointed.
Bidz only communication with me was after I complained regarding the none delivery of my order and all I am getting is excuses and more excuses. I have received part of my order with no explanation or apologies as to why I didn’t get the whole order, until again
I had to contact them to ask where is the rest of my order, The customer service department are very quick to response back to my questions but that’s where it ends only get excuses not positive outcomes.
I sincerely would not recommend them to any one unless they provide exceptional satisfactory customer service. Hopefully I will receive the rest of my order soon or a refund and some compensation would be appreciated who knows!!!!

When purchased it clearly stated that the goods will ship out 5-10 days. Well, my first order was shipped out after 3 weeks and hardly got answers to my sent emails.
Also my first order was partly sent and still waiting for the rest. A month now.

Delivered but slow
Bidz finally delivered my products as promised, but it took 5 weeks and 6-7 emails. I was nervous that I may never get my order. I was very happy with the products, and they always followed up my inquiries with very pleasant emails from Grin. I will continue to do business with them in the hopes that delivery time will improve.

I'd won the items through bidding early this year 2018 and it was around 6 items in total and worth more than $700. After waiting 5weeks I was wondering what's going on with my items? for that I decided to message them and asked them what's going on with my items. ordered items months ago which i never got...after waiting i contacted to be told you couldn't refund and to contact my credit card provider...when i did i have to wait another 3 months to see if i get refunded...still waiting to see the out come....still order and some items i get and some i dont...high priced wins i seem to receive and low bids i win i dont get items as they're cancelled which no reason on why....when you send codes they don't work half the time.....poor service compaired to other jewelry sites...still hoping this company steps up to the plate soon as i like to bid but not with hundred of dollars and getting nothing but frustration...sorry i do like your jewelry but when you pay right away and get nothing but frustration made me go buy else where....and i get my items in 2 weeks or less....makes me wonder whats going on with bidz...not the same since new owners running it now for a few yrs and not good service.........sad cause i was a loyal customer for yrs....sad...sad....sad

The shipping time takes much more than the days indicated by Bidz and they do not have a tracking system where you can trace your order once you made it.
You will get scammed!!!
I ordered a ring for $400 from this sketchy website in December of last year. I waited a really long time, a couple of months. I started calling the customer service but no matter how many times and how long I tried, it was impossible to reach anyone at all. In a while I recieved and email from someone named Amanda saying that they couldn't ship my ring because they were having a problem with their vendors and they offered to refund my money. They scam you so well, even sent me a tracking number for the item that they were never planning to send to me anyways. I tried to figure out the situation but they only reply to emails around 2 weeks later. Later I started receiving emails from someone named Dale Scott, telling me to get my money from the bank. They purposely wait a really long time before telling you to receive you funds from the bank. After 120 days the bank can't refund you your money and you can't open a dispute against the company to get your money back. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy anything from this company. You will get scammed real good and you will never receive your purchase or your money back. They people make a living of stealing your hard earned money. I'm surprised that this company is still up and running. If there was a zero or negative star rating, I would give it to Bidz.com. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SKETCHY COMPANY!
