My honest opinion is that Bidz is not…A reliable company.

My honest opinion is that Bidz is not reliable, trustworthy, or honest.
I ordered some jewelry in December 2017, was led to believe it was on route and I never got it. For the longest time, no one would answer my emails.
I placed another order in May with a small consolation of $25 and bought something that cost $40. Again, after many emails, and promises that it was in transit, I luckily received it 3 months later.
I think they see if something sells and then they order it and leave the customer hanging.
It’s too bad because Years ago I bought some really nice things from them I am out over $100. It won’t happen again.

I don't know where to start

I don't know where to start, I complain a few weeks a go, where is my items that I buy. I call twice or more left a voice mail both times with no result. so I thought to tray face book to talk to someone. it was the first time that someone answered to me, they said sorry the reason for not shipping my items that I buy 3 months ago is because we are waiting on 2 ore ok
last week I got 2 of them but I buy 4 where are my other 2 how many months do I have to wait to receive my items. so now I know that if I buy something for my wife I can't count on this web because there is no knowing when it will come, so I need to know when is my other 2 items coming

Scammers and cheats:
I have ordered items nearly a year ago, not yet received
They say the items are not in stock yet I seen them auction the sames items regularly.
I have requested for money back but they have asked me lodge a complaint with my credit card and recover money from the credit card company instead.
I have told them I no longer have my credit card with the same bank and
there is no response from them , I don't think I am going to get my money now. Who can I report this company to?
Very disappointed indeed!

Very bad service! No merchandise and no refund!

Once again, having problems receiving my merchandise from Bidz.
I placed two orders. One on March 16th and the other on March 27th. Five months later and I still haven't got my merchandise. I contacted Bidz customer service who took its time answering my e-mail. They inform me that they have now cancelled my order and on top of that, they were unable to initiate a refund. They're telling me to contact my bank, and have them try to do it.
What kind of company are you? If you know how to charge a credit card, you know how to initiate a refund.
I have now sent them another e-mail requesting a refund and that they contact me personally.
Important: They never contacted me to let me know they could not get the merchandise I had ordered on two different occasions. So, if I had not contacted them, they would simply have kept my money. As it stands, I still don't have my refund. This is not a way to treat your customers.
UPDATE: They now go by the name Bids.com. They changed one letter in their name and figure you're too stupid too know it's them. They wrote back and said they have nothing to do with Bidz.com.
Do not trust them. They go bankrupt with funds, create a new company and start all over again.

I really recommend this site

I really recommend this site. Wide variety of brands, precise photos and descriptions, you can find cheap or expensive goods. Not 5 stars only for shipping delays.

Love the products shipping information is awful!

Love the products you are able to provide, however it would be nice to know if they are coming from another country for better shipping information. There were items I was expecting in a few weeks and it took 3 months. If they aren't US vendor shipping, maybe that should be noted so people know it will take longer to receive.

I’ve been waiting for over 3 months for my current offer. How’s that? Intended gifts are now well and truly overdue. Not happy.

Can you please give me the AU$ value of my purchase before I’m about to make the payment.

Some items are highly overpriced.

Ordered a watch which said would be…

Ordered a watch which said would be delivered in 4 to 5 days. It has now been 2 months and is still not here. Would never order something from this company ever again. I have called them they never answer there phone. I have emailed them they never email me back. Do not buy anything from this company!!!

i ordered >2000.00 worth of pretty jewery from your company. some were intended as presents. Bidz was quite quick to debit the money from my credit card, however it has been over 1 month and i have NOT received but 1 item.
i called customer service and my only choice was leave a message for a call back - no call back.
i have emailed you twice - 1 reply who said the normal shipping/delivery time was 5 to 11 business days from purchase.
i am extremely dissapointed and will most likely return everything if it ever arrives.

Disappointed

I have regularly purchased items from the website since 2005 and have always had excellent service. Would have gladly given 5 stars, but last year I had an experience where an item i had bought turned out to be base metal instead of the sterling silver for which it was advertised. Bidz only shrugged it off as not their problem.

Furthermore, a very expensive purchase never arrived and I was told that the time for returns or money back has expired, although I only reported the missing parcel after the usual time for my parcels to arrive in South Africa had expired.

These were expensive losses and I am very disappointed, as I have always recommended this site to friends and family. Not anymore, however, although I have taken the chance again and am avoiding the sellers of those two mishaps.
