Me and my partner needed to move very quickly due to a change in job. Through Bewley's part exchange scheme we both sold our house and moved into our lovely Bewley property within 2 months (Including Christmas).

Throughout the whole process Danielle, Debbie and Steve have been absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to get the sale of our house through and make sure our new house was ready as soon as possible.

Massive shout out to Danielle who has made us feel incredibly welcomed into the new estate and also stayed late on a Sunday evening to help us out.

Like all new house there has inevitably been a snagging list, but both Gemma (customer services) and Paul (Site manager) have made great start in getting the issues sorted.

Great experience - quality homes, warm, professional and helpful team in the show homes and all round the whole approach was excellent. Really impressed and gave me great confidence to proceed when able to buy a home through Bewley.

We moved in to our new Bewley Homes less than a week ago & we are absolutely loving our new home.
This is our first time with Bewley Homes & we cannot thank Lynne & the whole team at Victory Fields highly enough for all their support throughout our very long journey & the whole process of buying our new home. They have kept us fully informed at every stage of the build, letting us view both the show home & our home on many occasions throughout the building process. Since we have moved in, they continue to be very visible & certainly go out of their way to go above & beyond to assist you with any questions or issues that you have. The whole team on site have been & continue to be extremely professional & helpful too. We personally cannot recommend Bewley Homes highly enough. We have been going through the Bewley Bond Scheme at Victory fields and cannot have asked for better service from Lynne, really kind, and honest.
The communication from Bewley has been excellent, Lynne has also been very reassuring when things have haven't gone to plan with offers falling through on our property during the experience, every week we have been receiving pictures and updates on how our new home is progressing, which is really lovely to see.
Overall we have had a great experience with Bewley and the team at Victory Fields.

Bewley are now replying thinking this is a ‘fake review’ if anyone wants any proof of email and phone conversations please get in touch because it’s all here. They don’t want people to know the truth!! Don’t let them ruin your experience aswell. Money grabbers

Absolutely fabulous experience purchasing our Bewley home ,from our very first meeting with Danielle it’s been a fantastic experience.Danielle,Debbie and Steve are amazing nothing was too much trouble. They kept us updated throughout the process of reservation,purchase and moving day.

We’ve been back and forth to Bishops Gardens since July of last year whilst we eagerly await the release of our (4 bed) plot on phase two! The quality of build, the development, area and overall customer service, to name as few, is why we have our hearts set on this development and know Bewley is the one for us. Throughout all of our visits (there have been a fair few) I can confidently say, we have received exceptional service from all members of staff who have always been very informative, helpful and polite! We had a good experience reserving a plot with Bewley. Very good sales executive who had the right balance between friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge. She was able to answer all our questions and the reservation process was simple.
Although we couldn't proceed with the purchase, due to the fact that our house sale fell through, there was nothing difficult in cancelling the reservation. We would go back to Bewley again.

Absolutely loving our Bewley Home! The sales team of Danielle, Debbie and Steve have been amazing. They were super helpful from the start and couldn’t have been kinder or more patient helping us purchase and move into our Eversley, a beautifully designed and finished home which is perfect for our retirement. We have been enjoying life in Bellmount View for the last 8 months now and are overwhelmed by the continued support and kindness which we have received from our lovely sales team. It seems nothing is too much trouble and they always have time for a friendly word which gives us the security of feeling well and truly looked after. We couldn’t be happier.

I have previously brought a property through Bellway and I must say the service from Bewley is second to non. It exceeded all expectations. Debbie, Steve & Danielle at Bellmount view were incredible. They were so friendly, patient and accommodating with us throughout the whole process allowing us to secure our dream home! They kept us informed throughout the various build stages and had no problem with us going to look at the house as and when we wanted. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We had an overwhelmingly positive experience buying a home on the Ash Lodge Park development, from our first visit right through to aftercare.

Katy, Jane & Leah are a great team, and added a level of customer service that we hadn't really seen before. We were selling and buying, so it was a nervous time for us, but they were incredibly supportive with updates, information and just general positivity around our purchase.

The home itself demonstrates a high level of quality and care, and we found ourselves with minimal snagging (a small handful of paint/sealant touchups and some minor window adjustments).

An honourable mention to the site team too, particularly Bill and Stephen, who, despite working around us for several weeks, went out of their way to help us with parking, rubbish disposal and just general mindfulness regarding the remaining construction on our road.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bewley. We felt very lucky to not only find our new home, but be guided through the process by such a great team.

I had a fantastic experience with Bewley homes at Bishop's Gardens, Wickham. I'm a first time buyer with a lot of specific requirements for my future house, so I had a lot of questions and my expectations were high. Bewley team was very friendly and professional, their dedication and pride for what they do really shine through. They were very consistent and helpful, and even arranged for me to visit the building site so I could check out the house under construction, the future garden, the space where my allocated parking spaces would be, etc. I felt well looked after throughout the entire process dealing with Bewley Homes. Also, I was happy to hear that Bewley do take their time to build their houses properly instead of rushing the process to sell as many new builds as possible, which is not uncommon nowadays.

The sales process is very good. They take the stress out of buying a house and the Bewley bond scheme worked brilliantly. Overall the estate is nicely laid out and the design of houses is great. General build quality is good but specific fitting issues let them down

Post purchase Bewley customer service is poor. Two examples:

Example one: Many houses on our estate (still being finished) have rainwater leaking into the living room when it rains. It's bad enough to fill a 5l container within a few hours. This issue was raised to Bewley over a month ago. Initially they said I needed to get my own builder to fix it despite being in our house under a year. After disputing this, on three separate occasions over the last month Bewley have promised they'd be in touch early the following week to book an appointment date and have failed to do so. Still no appointment date and internal damage gets worse every time it rains.

Example two: Many of the front doors on our estate were poorly fitted and wouldn't close properly. Remediation requires three visits from the carpenter and the decorator to make good. Bewley leave it up to the customer to project manage and get in touch with their customer service team to book in the next appointment, rather than them proactivly arranging all three visits in short succession. This means a straightforward job takes three months to fix. This happens for every snagging issue that requires multiple visits.

We went to look round the Tongham development and Lynne could not have been more helpful, taking time to show us round three properties and answering all our questions with friendly professionalism.

We moved into our new Bewley Home last month, and I wanted to share my experience of buying my first home in the UK from Bewley Homes, so anyone with my circumstances find it useful. I am an expat, living in the UK with a work visa, and owning a home of my own has been a dream for so long. We (me and my sister) started our search for our home early 2022 and we viewed atleast 50 properties from different builders, and finally decided to move ahead with Bewley Homes. The reasons:

1. Quality. Bewley Homes is a responsible builder and offers the best quality (from the other builds I have seen in the UK). It doesn’t matter, if you are buying a one bed or 5 bed, every unit they roll out, has the exact same quality. I have seen around 12 properties of Bewley itself in 4 different locations.

2. Excellent Customer Service. Starting from the marketing / sales team, to now our customer service management teams, every member of the Bewley Homes team is well trained, kind, compassionate and professional. We started our journey with Katy, and it was a joy to speak to her every week. After the initial exchange Leah and Jane joined the team, and they kept us updated on a weekly basis on the progress, through phone calls, Whatsapp and emails. We made so many requests for site visits, and they took us through all of these requests patiently. Buying a new home, especially for an expat, is stressful, and without our amazing Bewley Homes team, our journey would have been difficult. They made it so easy for us. Thank you Katy, Jane and Leah.

3. After sales service. Bewley Homes finished our property on time, and we moved in as scheduled. After we moved in, our Customer Service Team constantly supports us with the little and big things of settling in, into our new home. They send us tips and recommendations on how to keep the property well, and even send us beautiful flowers. So welcoming, and kind. Thank you Rebecaa.

Simply put, a Bewley Home is the best value for your money and buying from Bewley Homes team gives you peace of mind.

My husband and I visited the Victory Fields development today and had a wonderful experience with sales team member, Lynne. She made us feel extremely welcome, showed us 3 homes and answered all of our questions. We are in the early stages of looking to move, but despite this Lynne still gave us so much of her time. We found the experience very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The 3 homes we saw were stunning and so beautifully presented. We came away with helpful brochures and plenty of information.
