Recently purchased my first House from Bewley Homes (Ash Lodge Park) & have nothing but praise for the Bewley Homes Sales Team, right from the outset they have been extremely attentive & helpful, a big well earned mention to (Lea Blair) who went above & beyond for me to make sure the Sale went through smoothly. Nothing but praise for the Sales Team, i have now been handed over to the After Sales Snagging Team & hopefully this will continue to be an easy process.

I recently purchased my first house through Bewley Homes. As a first time buyer I wasn't sure what to expect and was quite apprehensive about the process, but from the start the team at Ash Lodge Park, particularly Leah, were kind, helpful and always willing to answer any questions, big or small. They made the process as stress-free as possible. I was kept updated every step of the way. I have been in my new home for about two months now and the team have been quick to respond to any issues and get these sorted. Overall I have been very impressed.

Bewley Homes = Phenomenal. Buying, selling and moving home is classed as one of life’s most stressful experiences and having just completed the process we completely agree! HOWEVER….the Bewley Home we have now moved in to at Bishops Gardens in Wickham more than makes up for it - a beautiful home with lots of little extra touches to make it special - huge thanks to Rick and his team for a great build and ongoing support with questions, queries and skips! The sales team have been fantastic from start to finish but our biggest shout out, praise and thanks have to go to Gavin. We met Gavin back in April when he led us through the building site to look at our potential new home (well the plot and part built shell!) We loved it and decided that day to buy - we haven’t regretted that for a minute as Gavin has continually gone the extra mile - keeping in touch, checking in, never putting pressure on us, welcoming the whole family to decision making processes and events, providing much anticipated photo updates every week and seeing us through an incredibly stressful moving day - keeping us calm, positive and looking after our family members which he didn’t need to do but did because he’s a genuinely ‘good guy’. Thank you Gavin.

I have been living in a Bewley Home for four years now and we have been so pleased with our home over the past few years. What has particularly impressed me is the continuous customer service that we have had. I recently rang the team to request some information about the site that I am currently based in, and Carly couldn't have been more friendly and helpful in finding this information for me in a timely manner.

The customer care and communication provided by Leah Blair over the past few months, whilst we negotiated our way through the purchase of a home at Ash Lodge Park, Surrey, was exemplary. She consistently went above and beyond to answer our many questions and always gave the impression that she was focused on acting in our best interests. Leah and colleague, Katy, formed a happy and helpful team, affording us a positive experience in all respects - and we trust that this theme will be maintained by their colleagues in the Bewley Customer Care after-sales team; after all, we have great expectations, given the standard that has been set.

Leah kept this very difficult process together. An excellent, very knowledgeable and effective individual.
Without her efforts we wouldn’t be here.

Other Bewley processes were reasonable. The portal eventually had all the right data on it. Customer care have so far proved more than adequate.

The marketing/sales staff were excellent (Gavin, Sarah Katie & Brett); they were knowledgeable, made you feel welcome and whenever there was an issue, this was resolved promptly. Rick (Site Manager) is highly regarded & makes a significant effort to ensure the inevitable snagging problems are dealt with. Bishops Gardens (Wickham) is a great location and Bewley Homes being a medium size Developer respond positively, putting customers at the centre of their business. Ribbons on the front door, a bottle of champagne and a welcome card greeted us on completion; a bunch of flowers received one month after moving in - this is a company who really make an effort.

More importantly Bewley are not just concerned with ‘a sale’, they want you to be satisfied with your new home and will go to significant lengths to ensure problems are addressed pre & post sale.

Many staff have worked for this company for years & are keen to promote the Bewley brand; acting as positive ambassadors for the company - so Bewley Homes must be doing something right to retain staff loyalty.

In terms of fixtures & fitting, these are generally of a high standard, albeit some fittings could have been upgraded (down lights, taps); presumably because savings can be made when bulk purchasing.

We felt confident in the Bewley Team, and despite a few issues, they are genuine in wishing to resolve these quickly.

The styles of house are attractive and vary to cater for a range of needs

Bishop's Gardens
We have recently downsized to a property at Bishop's Gardens and the sales team have been amazing. With having dealt mainly with Gavin. But also with Brett, Roisin, Katie & Annette. They have guided us through the process with friendly efficiency, patience and understanding.
Would also like to say thank you to all the site team, led by Rick, You have done an amazing job on our new home. It has been built to a high standard and a high attention to detail.
So thank you to all.

Ash Lodge Park is our new home

We bought a house in Bewley's Ash Lodge Park Development. The build quality is great and the houses are modern and well designed.

On a personal level Leah and Katy from Bewley's team in ALP have been great! They guided us through the whole process. Being first time buyers they supported us through and through, checked in often with us, made sure we move in and settle in properly and have overall been great to deal with! Absolutely a top team!

Aly, Caroline and team at Wilton Park are a great team, they cannot do enough to assist! The aftercare is very good too. I would thoroughly recommend buying through Bewley, so far no issues and we are pleased with our home! Well done Bewley!

Debbie, Danielle and Steve were extremely kind and helpful and made my move as painless as it was possible to be.

It's too good to be true but I've had an incredible experience with Katy, Lynne, and Leah throughout my home-buying journey. I'd like to thank the team for making the dream of owning a home come true after 30 years of renting! Moving into my first-ever home is an exciting and fulfilling step! I'm still enjoying the process and the new chapter ahead!

The team went out of their way to help, coordinate and juggle the process of buying a new home whilst being friendly, kind and supportive in their efforts to help reach a gratifying conclusion!

I recently dealt with Leah and Lynne from Ash lodge park, I just wanted to thank you for your time and patience in dealing with me and my wife and 3 kids screaming and shouting in the background. I have been round a few developers and you are the only ones that haven’t tried to usher us out and genuinely seemed like you wanted to help us find the right home.

This is the second newbuild home we have been lucky enough to purchase, and the difference between the developer for our first home and Bewley is clear. We have just moved in and our new home is beautiful and finished to a very high standard.

The customer service we have received is second to none- a massive thanks to the fabulous three: Danielle, Steve and Debbie for looking after us during the purchase process and putting us at ease throughout. The ongoing aftersales care from all of them has been superb and they always respond quickly to our emails!

Firstly let’s say ,Wow what a fantastic team they have in the sales office , We only went in on a Sunday almost closing time after we saw an advertisement for Bewley homes that were for sale. Steve was in the office this particular afternoon, showed us the home we were interested in even though it was almost time close up he was absolutely delightful helpful and nothing was no trouble, made arrangements for an appointment on the Tuesday, we then met the rest of the team Debbie and Danielle who were really friendly and approachable, we are now in the process of purchasing a lovely new home with Bewley homes , Debbie went through all the paperwork with us , ( we had such a giggle with her .) So Thankyou Steve Debbie and Danielle, you’re all brilliant and have the best sense of humour ever .from the Eaglestones

We have lived in our Bewley home since 2021 and whilst we are very happy in our new location, sadly the customer service we received as buyers deteriorated once we were in. A few years down the line we are still experiencing battles and issues with poor workmanship, garden not draining and now the 2 year period is up, Bewley don’t want to know! Very disappointing.

It’s all very well saying the customer service team will be in touch - yes they are, with unhelpful responses.

Bishops Gardens, Wickham

Gavin was a great help in securing my fantastic new home and Roisin has always been on hand since moving in, with any assistance that I have needed, nothing has ever been too much trouble. My new home is amazing. I absolutely love it and the level of service from Bewley has been superb, thank you

We were able to arrange a viewing at Bellmount View Faringdon at short notice and were impressed by the friendliness and enthusiasm shown by Debbie, who kitted us out with boots and hiviz tops and showed us the house we were interested in.
We returned the next day for a second viewing, accompanied by our daughter and her two children. Debbie again gave us all the time we wanted to look over the house, and answered multiple questions about the specification.
Unfortunately, we were unable to use the Bewley Bond and must hope for an early sale of our house so that we can have a formal offer accepted.
While on site we also met Stuart, Steve and another lady whose name now escapes me (sorry). All were open, friendly, enthusiastic about the company and its products and knowledgeable about the build details.
I have to say that the site is very tidy, and the quality of finish in the house we viewed was better than any other new house we have viewed in the past five years.
I have no doubt that snagging would be minimal should we be lucky enough to secure the house!
The site manager is to be congratulated on managing such a high standard of construction for Bewley.
