Problems - but resolved to my satisfaction and will buy again
I had a problem with the second order of document boxes. This issue was dealt with promptly and professionally and resolved to my satisfaction. Problems do obviously occur from time to time and you can generally judge a company by the way you're treated in that situation, sometimes as an inconvenience! Bernard's Bins however, were concerned, persistent and appear well organised. Well done!
