Great product & service - would definitely recommend

Needed a replacement letterbox as one supplied with front door tarnished within a matter if weeks. Customer service very helpful. New letter box sent out within a week.

Outstanding wooden double glazed windows for a cottage restoration, look wonderful and high quality, Company so friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble, will use again on next project.

A very easy and friendly company to deal with. They really tried hard to ensure all went smoothly with our order which arrived exactly on time and was very good quality at a sensible price.

However following this review I have been supported and helped to ensure my warranty is correctly logged and the order for the patio door is in progress - thanks to Rob Ely :-)

Lousy QA, no sense of urgency and exceptionally poor after care service, with lots of broken promises. Believe it or not they shipped 1 window faulty and we were told a max of 4 weeks to get the replacement. It took 10 weeks to get rectified. They also shipped a bathroom window that was not frosted, and not fit for purpose, and should never have been shipped. We are 11 weeks after they shipped that and they are now telling me it will be another 3 weeks at a minimum to fix. I make that 14 weeks. Call Customer Care who promised me a call back and didn't bother to follow through, so I have now contacted their MD. The MD, Nicola called me and was excellent in getting the rectification works expedited. Thank you Nicola for helping to recover the situation.

Visited factory to discuss design of door and see quality of the door and fittings. Kept advised at every point of the order and delivery.
Fitting was very good everything arrived on time. Old door and frame out new one in no mess no dirt.

Filled in form never heard back it's been a week

Don’t buy from Bereco- the products are not fit for purpose. I have two bifold doors with huge cracks “caused by thermal issues” ie- the sun. They’re refusing to accept liability for a faulty product and the customer service is appalling. Please feel free to contact me for info before wasting your money.

Excellent quality of product, good service and communication throughout

We have just had all our windows and doors replaced by Bereco, fantastic service from start to finish, company always stays in touch throughout, the fitters couldn't be more friendly and helpful, the quality of the windows and doors is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bereco.

The doors and windows themselves are good, however, we have had problems with the lock on our French doors. Also, please could someone tell me why they have designed French doors to open but have not fitted any stays or any means of holding the door open. So when the wind blows the doors slam about. We have had to wedge the door between plant pots and have damaged the paintwork. Who on earth designed a French door that won’t stay open? Really, really infuriating.
