Stunning windows and doors. We are very happy with our whole house replacement windows and both doors. Our first installation was done by the Burchall family 24 years ago and we were pleased then and we are even more pleased now. Curtis is a star, he worked around our many needs to ensure we could manage such a big job at a very difficult time for us. He is a genuinely good guy and only wanted us to be happy with the job. He checked at each stage that we were on-board with what he was doing and why. Such a lovely family owned and run business and we are more than happy to recommend them to anyone. If I could give 20/10 I would. Thank you so very much.

Had three doors and porch windows, guttering & fascias installed. Nick & Joe did a fantastic job. Very polite and professional and left the place spotless afterwards. The weather was appalling but they cracked on and got the job done. Very pleased and would recommend R&B Windows to all.

Faulty front door - not secure and leaks in. Terrible customer service! Just try to ignore you and hope you will go away. Karen Sanders

Amazing service from the lads, came the next morning and replaced my windscreen window and got it sorted within half an hour. Would 100% recommend this company!!

From start to finish. I explained to sales that I had a leak , so I needed someone to come around and advise me how much, and it was urgent,as it was a few weeks until Christmas , I had the visit by a very experienced gentleman who adviced me on what best window
The fitter turned up as promised on the first week of January .
It was Just two windows I had fitted , the fitter made a wonderful job , we were so pleased with his courteous manner , also cleaned up and left no mess A wonderful job by Curtis the fitter , and Richard the rep, and Penny in sales/accounts. Thank you.

Love my new windows and doors. From the beginning with the Sales Team to the end with the Fitters who were amazing ! Came on time as organised cleaned up after them selves and very courteous and obliging. I can tell that’s it’s a family run business and everyone had care professionalism and courtesy.
