Would not recommend
Would not recommend, customer service is appalling!! We purchased the bed in January and not due to be delivered until middle of may. We were told when buying the bed that if the price goes down before we recieved the bed then they would price match… when calling the store they are now saying that’s not the case. Since reading the bad reviews I wish we had purchased elsewhere. The bed wasn’t cheap and expected better service… lesson learnt! Never again

Thank you for sharing your experience — I’m really sorry to hear how disappointed you’ve been left feeling. Waiting several months for delivery and then being given conflicting information about price matching is understandably frustrating, especially after being told something different at the point of purchase.
Your feedback is extremely important, and we will be passing this on internally to ensure this is reviewed with the relevant teams.
I’m sorry this has affected your confidence in us.
Thank you again for taking the time to let us know,

Calm and useful experience
Judy was very helpful. Didn't pressure me into buying anything and came to me when I needed to ask questions. Very accommodating and let me browse without hovering around. Store very clean and inviting. Delivery within a month so very happy about that and even though there was a lot to go through she took her time to explain to make sure I knew everything I needed to know.

Fantastic customer service
As soon as we entered the store we were greeted politely and enthusiastically. The staff were very helpful in helping us discover what firmness and type of mattress we wanted, and helping us find pillows we liked and ensuring we left with a great deal. We tried every mattress store nearby and this was our favourite. Shoutout to Sinead for making sure we had a great experience!
