I Wasn't Happy Because They Charged Me Internet Credit Rate on My Bedroom Furniture I Wanted So I'm Not Very Happy as Got Told It Was Free when Went To The Norwich Benson For Beds Store in April 2026 Sometime So Im Very Disappointed as I am Going Through Crisis Cost of Living Finance Issues Money Worries So It Would of Helped If The Interest Rate Credit Was Free of Charge at Any Cost of The Products you Buy with Any Retail Stores.

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience and understand your concerns. When finance is chosen, all agreements and credit terms – including any interest rates – are clearly outlined and accepted and signed by the customer at the point of purchase. Interest rates are set by the finance provider and depend on individual financial circumstances. We’ve since discussed this outcome with you.
Thank you for your patience.
