Good sales experience
Awaiting delivery so this is a partial review of the experience so far and based mainly on experience in store.
We were assisted by Stephen. Showed him which beds we wanted, price range for mattress etc. He suggested a few options. Stephen whizzed through the order, sorted out free delivery too and informed us of the various additional services without any pressure to buy.
All in all a very positive experience thus far and hopefully the beds and mattresses live up to expectations once they arrive.
Luton Store could do with a bit of a refurb/refresh.

Shopping for a wardrobe
I went to buy a wardrobe for my mother. Our sales assistant, Shameela, was fantastic! We informed shameela of what we wanted: she informed us of the different options available, provided feedback about the quality and longevity of the product based on customer reviews, and calculated bundle deals promptly. Overall, her customer service was brilliant so it’s definitely worth shopping at the luton branch.
