Went to the Luton store two weeks ago and looked at a sofa bed that Hassan helped with showing me what it was like and others.
He also offered to take off delivery.
I came back 2 weeks later and bought the bed and he honoured what he said and took off the delivery. Thank you Hassan. Very polite and helpful person

Once again very pleased with my second bed purchased at benson beds in Luton. Manager Stephen was very professional and helpful.

Sales assistant was friendly, helpful and very knowledge and offered 3 options to meet our requirement. (only minor criticism is that we wanted to have a look around the store, but felt having been given 3 options, we were expected to make a decision immediately).
Communication was very good once order had been placed and bed was delivered at the promised time.
The delivery guys were great and helpful.

I had an excellent experience at Bensons for Beds. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions patiently, and helped me choose the right mattress without any pressure. Their professionalism and excellent customer service made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds because of their outstanding staff.

Excellent store service and delivery service

We are glad we visited the store in Luton to check different brands mattresses. With help from the store assistant we ended up selecting a different mattress to the one we were looking for. But that was the right choice for us. We received the delivery smoothly and we are enjoying good night sleep ever since.

The store manager, Stephen, was a great person, and I was really happy with the way he dealt with my friends and me when we entered the Luton showroom. He was very kind and professional, showing us the beds and explaining everything clearly. We were able to book the bed within 30 minutes of talking with him and close the deal.
