I was well informed by the salesman and this helped ne in my mattress choice

Employer, Adrian greeted us with a smile and went out of his way to help us while we were at the store. Nothing was too much trouble! We tried lots of different mattresses as wanted the right one. We ended up purchasing a full bed with headboard and blanket box too. Thank you Adrian!

In store experience was great. Staff knowledgeable. The mattress is very comfy however, upon unrolling the yellow tape from the packaging has left 3 small yellow marks on the mattress. Not what we would have expected for the price. As we have no other sleeping arrangements we decided not to go back to the store and are hoping these marks will fade over time.

The whole experience of buying a new mattress was very good. We had discussed having a new mattress and happened to pass Benson while in a town nearish to where we live. The sales guy was very helpful. We tried various types of mattress, going back and forth several times before choosing what we wanted.

After completing the paperwork, we were contacted several times with updates on the progress of our order.

The day before delivery day, we were contacted by phone to confirm the time slot we had been allocated. On the day itself, we were able to track the delivery truck, and the driver contacted us around 30 minutes before they turned up at our door. Both guys were incredibly helpful in removing our old mattress, and installing the new one. They were fast, and very professional, at the same time being friendly and chatty.

Definitely not the cheapest providers on the market, but they offered an excellent service and great communication.

Our experience with Bensons Grimsby was nothing but exceptional, Lee was a diamond sales guy, what every customer wants, doesn’t pressure sell, lets the product and your choice do the sell he answers any questions you have and helps in anyway he can. Hats off to you. The delivery team were just as reliable and helpful so overall can’t fault and would happily use again

Honestly, I just popped in the Grimsby shop to have a look and to get an idea as my son needed a new double bed.
There was no pressure from the salesmen.. But what lovely Chaps.. Everything was fully explained.. My son laid on the machine to help with the correct mattress.. Looked at lots of beds and a good selection of suitable mattress.. By the time we had finished and there was no pressure, all my choice, we came out with a strong divan, beautiful headboard, fabulously comfortable Slumberland mattress, an all season quilt, protectors, i-gel pillows and mattress dust mite spray.. Had a lovely hour having a giggle with Marcus and Adrian.. And im sure Bensons till was happy too by the time i had finished.. Very happy with the service and the products.. Bed to be delivered soon.

Went to the Grimsby store just to have a look for a new bed, we were greeted by one of the salesmen team, later to find out his name was Adrian.
Ha asked what we was looking for, we said a double bed.
He offered us a try on a simulator type bed where he could adjust for firmness of the mattress. My wife tried it and we decided on a firm mattress.
Adrian was very knowledgeable and explained all the different bed types and left us to browse.
We chose a bed but said that we were going to try other stores before the final commitment, he quoted us for the bed that we chose and we said that we would come back Saturday if we hadn’t got sorted elsewhere.
We didn’t get sorted anywhere else and went back on the Saturday as promised.
Again we were dealt with by Adrian, who again was very friendly and went through the sale with us.
We got the bed delivered in around 3 weeks and again the delivery guys were friendly and respectful of our home.
All in all a very pleasant and professional service from start to finish.

We went bed shopping, went to multiple stores, but saw more of what we wanted in Bensons. Adrian in the Grimsby store was very helpful and knowledgable without being pushy. We got lots of useful information and a quote to take away with us so we could make an informed decision. With that in mind we decided to go back the next day to make our purchases and it all went very smoothly.
