I ordered and payed a very fast delivery. It was a present for a wedding. It came almost two weeks to late. We already came back from the trip to the wedding. So useless present. I wrote the costumer service that I payed a lot for fast delivery, they just answered that they don't understand the problem. Disappointing.

I'll give 4 Star only because I thought that it was just a bit bigger. All the rest is great 😊

Easy top create. Unfortunately you can't change anything after you've put it into shopping bag. If you want to change something, you have to delete it and start again from the beginning

I ordered the photo necklace which you can unscrew and put hair of your pet in. It was the exact picture that I sent. However one of my cat´s ears had fallen off... the necklace itself is lovely material.

I also ordered the glass coffee jars with pictures of my cats. Assuming they would (same as the necklace) take the picture and put it on there. However it was more like a drawing/cartoon. Two of them looked like the pictures the other two looked more like dogs....
The product quality is great as is the shipment, but the pictures printed on them not so much. It´s a hit or miss.

Der Pullover ist sehr Dünn und macht keinen wertigen Eindruck.
Als Geschenk leider eher ungeeignet.

Do not order here, it's a complete scam. I ordered one of their dog drawing sweatshirts. The colour, size, quality and print(!! should have been embroidery) were completely off. Not at all what is advertised. This was a Christmas present, but I can't give something like this as a present.

Paid €28 for express delivery but received the order after one week also there was no response from them when I tried to contact them.
After all of that I got a letter from the border agency to pay €10 which wasn’t mentioned.
The quality as well wasn’t worth it at all.

Made an order on the 11th November and haven’t received anything yet not even a confirmation email yet money has been taken from my PayPal account! Not happy about this. Have sent an email via PayPal but not holding out much hope.

It's nice to be able to see how the medallion will look like. You can enlarge your picture, move it around, .. And it's easy to plave and order.
It is, however, very difficult for people like me, who don't understand German.
It would also be nice to be able to change the font of the inscription.

Perfekt experience and fair price however it would have been better if they could show u what ur initials look like together

Generally when you select personnalized items, you can see them on the screen, with your own personalization before you confirm you want them as is. Here, this possibility is not offered. When you confirm your order, you don't get a real recap of your choice (name, colour). This makes you a bit uncomfortable... I choose orange color and name Raphaël but the image on the order remains the same as the one shown as example. Not really nice...
