Very happy. First time ordering from Begg Shoes and very impressed with the fast delivery and lovely Regarde le Ciel ankle boots. They are so comfortable that I immediately ordered the same ones in another colour.
Will definitely use this company again.

Bought a pair of Reicker trainers and the right foot sole split within the 12th month of wearing them on a casual basis. Complained to the company who said it was down to general wear and tear and not a manufacturing fault. The rest of the trainers were in good order and showing no obvious signs of deteriorating.So don't buy if you expect your shoes to last longer than 12 months!! An expensive mistake from a company I thought was reputable.

Speedy delivery

High quality product delivered really quickly and well packaged. Paperwork contained within package indicated clearly what to do if product needed to be returned which is reassuring.Truly professional business.

Begg's really lived up to their friendly family firm offer, delivering just the shoes I needed with a nice note included, and a well-presented insert about the firm. Great to see that they have survived so long - and hopefully will continue to do so. I shall definitely be buying shoes with them into the future.

Excellent service. Patient and knew the stock well so could advise and suggest alternatives for my wide feet! Good selection from well known brands such as Gabor, Geox, Skechers, Reiker.

I ordered Skechers trainers on Thursday & they arrived on Monday. They fit beautifully, are in perfect condition with a personalised message from Sara at the Lerwick branch.
I will definitely use them again &recommend them to friends & family.

Ordered a pair of red patent boots by Reiker. Received promptly and well packaged worh a personalised note which I thought was a lovely touch

Purchased a pair of size 7.5 Rieker shoes which were in the sale. Arrived promptly wrapped in a waterproof bag. Shipping invoice and returns details plus a personalised note of Thanks sat on the top of the shoes. Shoes fit well and feel nice and comfy and they look smart. Thanks for stocking half sizes as some online shoe stores do not. Will definitely look at your website first when I'm looking for shoes etc.

Excellent service. Fast and efficient

Today I had an amazing experience with Kim and Emma in the Perth Branch.
I am disabled and find it extremely difficult to find shoes that can be adapted on my right foot, are wide enough to fit an AFO (splint) inside my shoe and fit comfortably.
All these things and more were met by Kim who went above and beyond to find me boots. Kim went up and down the stairs so many times carrying as many boxes she could carry. Kim listened as l gave her clear instructions on how to fit an AFO into my shoe and did a great job without hurting me. She was very keen on learning this. I found this very impressive. We also had a good fun together. Every time she ran up the stairs with 5 boxes and came down with more she asked Emma to keep an eye on me as I did not have my AFO on. What a brilliant team and after trying on about 15 pairs of shoes she found me the perfect pair. I can’t thank her enough for her customer service. Kim even thanked me for giving her a course on how to fit an AFO and she did it so well she gets 5 stars from me.

I went ito my local shop to look for a pair of winter boots and found a pair I liked, in the colour I liked. Unfortunately the shop didn't have my size but the lovely assistant letme try on the same pair on a different colour before ordering the ones I wanted. My boots were delivered to my home, at no delivery cost, 48 hours later. Excellent service.
