I have bought a good number of boots and shoes from Begg Shoes over the years and enjoy their mix of conventional footwear alongside more unusual and interesting styles, colours and materials.
Assistants are helpful and attentive whilst leaving plenty of time to browse and the facility to order a size or colour which isn't in store, is excellent, with purchases being delivered within a couple of days.
I received a discount of £10 with my latest purchase as part of their loyalty scheme, which I think is generous.

I bought a pair of Tamaris chunky floral trainers and love them. They are so beautiful and elegant! What a comfort! My feet feel like they are in a sponge or cushion. They are that soft to the internal and super study to the external. I enjoyed many wondering stares at my shoes when I walked down the lanes of a high street lol. Absolute stunning shoes both at look and comfort. 10/10.

Looking for wide fitting shoes. Debra brought me several black pairs then when I changed my colour choice she brought dark brown which suited me better.

Visited the Eastgate shop on Tuesday 10th Feb, I was greeted by Marie ,the manageress. A great warm friendly welcome. I had a slight problem with a previous purchase and it was fixed no problem at all.Marie could not have been more helpful in helping me find slippers to my liking. I discovered recently that ECCO no longer seem keen to sell direct to the public. Consequently, I found Begg Shoes on the Internet and was able to order from them. I quickly discovered that this family-owned firm is capable, competent and courteous. I even received a friendly hand-written thank you note from a member of staff.
The new clogs are needed for a little ceremony at Windsor Castle next week. I'm sure they will look the part.

Begg's website has a really good range of footwear. I ordered a pair of boots and a pair of trainers. Both arrived promptly via Royal Mail to Northern Ireland. I returned the trainers - all the necessary paperwork was included plus clear instructions. The whole process - ordering delivery, returns - was straightforward and efficient. Would definitely use again.

There are so many companies who could learn from Begg Shoes. The communication is seamless; items packaged excellently. Returns are dealt with quickly, money returned no problem.
