Absolutely brilliant service from this company. The order arrived within a couple of days - and I ordered over the week-end! Nice personal touch too, with a note in the box when they arrived. Hadn't used this company before so was a bit nervous - but they are reliable and clearly friendly, which is a bonus. Would shop with them again.

Went into the shop and tried on so many shoes and the staff member who served me could not have been more helpful. She then organised for a pair to be sent to my home for free to try with an option to return for a small fee, or take back for free. She could not have been more helpful. The shop had so many really nice good quality shoes

This is a long established family firm giving personal friendly service. As I live at the other end of the country I can only purchase via mail order and have found delivery to be extremely quick. Refunds are also processed quickly. Keep up the good work.

I ordered the shoes online because I could not get them locally in London. Ordered on Thursday and they arrived on Saturday - excellent service, free delivery and a short handwritten note in the parcel was an appreciated personal touch.

Excellent online service. They have a good range of shoes, particularly brands like Gabor (which feature removable soles, so that you can get orthotics in). Have always found delivery speedy and never had a problem with returns, which is essential when trying shoes.

I have bought a good number of boots and shoes from Begg Shoes over the years and enjoy their mix of conventional footwear alongside more unusual and interesting styles, colours and materials.
Assistants are helpful and attentive whilst leaving plenty of time to browse and the facility to order a size or colour which isn't in store, is excellent, with purchases being delivered within a couple of days.
I received a discount of £10 with my latest purchase as part of their loyalty scheme, which I think is generous.
