They say you only really find out how good a company is when things go wrong, well it turns out Beers of Europe is exceptional!
Having served in Germany as a British soldier during the 80s I was told of Beers of Europe by a friend. I’ve been ordering some of my favourite German Beers online from them for now for 2 years or so. Always prompt service and usually trouble free delivery by DHL. Until now that is when my delivery arrived repackaged by DHL and with a note to say 5 bottles were broken. (Though actually there were 7) I emailed Beers of Europe and someone rang back within a couple of hours. I was offered a fresh delivery of the breakages or a refund, and as it was a large delivery I opted for a refund. I was told within 3-5 days, but actually my credit card was refunded within about 5 minutes!
This is how to do business and keep customers! Sometimes things go wrong, it’s how you deal with them that counts. Anyway, just off to enjoy a Herforder Pils!…

beers of Europe is a fantastic website there online shop has a wide variety of beers available I brought Rothaus piles witch when I go to Germany in the Black Forest & all so I like to drink Furstenburg piles I don't have a bad word to say about this company one of the best in the uk what can I say Fantastic

Couldnt be more helpful. My delivery company damaged some of my bottles, and was refunded straight away even thought the fault was with the delivery company. My next order arrived with no issues at all.

Great selection of drinks, always managed to get what I wanted(mostly German imported Lagers) and delivery always very quick with DHL. All emails replied to very swiftly if I have any questions also. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Another great transaction (this is my fourth in the last couple of years). Ordered on Monday afternoon and received just 2 days later - free standard (3-day) delivery for orders over £60. DHL provided tracking detail and their driver rang the buzzer - no leaving it outside in the porch! All good.

Absolutely brilliant service from the team after DHL managed to break multiple bottles in two separate shipments of the same order.

I found the team to be ultra responsive and more than willing to do whatever it takes to get things right. Really they take pride in what they do and care about the customer!

Delivery was DHL with no issues at all. (unlike the Evri / Hemes pond life who leave it anywhere but your address).

Super quick delivery time and kept well informed from point of ordering.

Last minute, after I had placed the order and just as they were getting my order together, I rang to ask for an extra box and the lady at the end of the phone was really kind and helpful and efficient. I will definitely consider Beers of Europe again when I need to look at presents

I chose the option for Royal Mail for delivery despite the fact that they had a day of strikes coming up. I again chose the Royal Mail option on a following page. However, my parcel was delivered by dhl andI was charged extra. The strike was 1 day!!!!!!!!!
Don’t think I will purchase here again!
