Staff were very helpful in guiding me how to activate my gift card. I am very particular in what type of beer I drink and while some of the beer e.g. Mekkeller Hazel Stout was very good, their Mango beer didn't agree with me at all. It is inevitable that there will be some beer we will not like, but the service was good and fast and staff were also friendly and helpful when I cancelled my subscription.

Hayley Crossling was absolutely lovely to chat to and was able to answer all my questions and concerns.
This company makes it impossible to cancel, I sent it as a present to someone else and they say I cannot cancel because it's under someone else's name even though it's on my card!

Generally good service and some nice beers. Cancellation is hard work with button hidden, needing many clicks to bypass "sales" attempts and then needing to make a call at the end where more "sales" attempts are tried.

Make you phone them to cancel with a long waiting time. So annoying. I would have never taken the introductory offer if I knew they would waste my time on hold on the phone to them.

The advisor in the phone was such a big support and help and was very friendly and resolved my issue. I would 100% recommend this company. Shame I am having to cancel my subscription for the time being but will definitely be coming back for sure!
Horrible experience i order once on a non subscription based transaction, they signed me up to monthly subscription without my knowledge or consent. According to “terms” if you order with a voucher you immediately get signed up, no confirmation email of subscription, no notification about payment coming out soon.. just stole my money and then refused to refund me despite me literally not ordering from them. Horrible customer service and took 15 mins on hold to even talk to someone because they wont let you unsubscribe from the website

Out of Date Beer
Was offered a refund of £1.61 for the awful tasting out of date beer. They said I did not have enough evidence as I binned most of them and only had pictures of half of the box of cans. Some were dated October 2025 and made me feel sick. Do not buy from beer 52, go to your local can shop instead.

Can't cancel online, must be done via phone call
When calling the cancellation/customer service number i was first hung up on, then when calling back I spoke to someone who took my email address and then left me in silence for 20 minutes before the call was again disconnected
They make it impossible to cancel
I have sent several emails trying yo get a response to yet no avail
This is not very accessible and is disappointing customer service
I enjoyed the product and wanted to try it with my discount offer for one box, and them if and when I was able to afford the subscription I would sign up again
However, after the difficulty with customer service, despite enjoying the product, I will not be rejoining
