I found this company as they offered a good voucher when purchasing something from another company.
The beers were good and it was a nice little gift package for my mum.
You do have to call them to cancel your subscription but the wait isn't long and the staff are very friendly and help you understand what options you have.

I was charged £29.95 on 17/06/2026 for subscription renewal. I contacted Beer52 the same day because I had not received the claimed 7-day reminder email before the direct debit. Over 15 days via Resolver, I repeatedly asked for technical proof (send time, recipient, message ID, delivery logs/status) and requested a refund. Instead, responses focused on sign-up terms and cancellation policy, not evidence for this specific payment. They also said they reviewed my call, but did not clearly explain findings on the reminder-email point. Refund was refused. The process felt dismissive and time-wasting.

I contacted customer service today to ask a question. A very friendly lady answered the call, Amy Jones. She was very friendly and helpful with positive vibes, had a lovely small chat. She answered my question, no problems.
The company overall I think it's great, surprisingly good whiskey delivered to my door every month, I get a different one every time and I enjoy all of them. There are options to skip delivery or to have a delivery every 2 months. You can change and/or view all details on your dashboard which is handy. They also offer discounts sometimes and I can cancel anytime with no hassle. Thank you for your service, cheers!
