Nice conversation and efficient polite service thank you
Paul was very helpful when I rang with a subscription query. He saved me money which was a very nice suprise! Coffee is pretty good too.
Nice beers, cancelled on phone easily with help from Steven. Good service.
Really great beers and Whiskey. I had a variety of cultural beers delivered which all tasted great. Fraser, was very helpful today as I had further queries about my subscription, and he was able to handle my queries within minutes!
Great conversation with Jilly, super helpful!
Absolutely appalling experience.
I redeemed what I believed was a voucher through BrightHR, only to discover I’d been signed up to a Beer52 membership costing £52 per month. At no point did I knowingly agree to a recurring paid membership for that amount, and if that had been made clear, I would never have proceeded.
The moment I realised what had happened, I tried to cancel. That’s when the real frustration began. I couldn’t access my account because I wasn’t receiving login emails, and trying to find a straightforward way to cancel felt like an obstacle course. For a company that makes it so easy to sign up, it shouldn’t be this difficult to leave.
I’ve now had to email demanding that my membership is cancelled immediately and that the £52 charge is refunded. Customers should not have to fight to cancel a membership they didn’t realise they were signing up for.
This experience has completely destroyed any trust I had in Beer52. A business should be upfront about recurring memberships and make cancellation simple, not leave customers feeling trapped. I won’t be using them again and would strongly encourage anyone redeeming one of these “vouchers” to read every word before clicking anything.

Beers are great. On the phone Jo was friendly, spoke with care, very tempting with the offers but didn't push too hard to the point of being annoying. Overall great experience.
I called because due to a change in circumstances I unfortunately have to cancel my subscription & spoke to a very helpful chap called Steven.
Very friendly manner & sorted out my request.
Hopefully I'll be back sometime in the future.
Thank you.
I havesubscibed to Beer 52 for years. Now because of a scam attempt my bank, HSBC replaced my credit card and I cannot get Beer 52 to accept my request to accept a change to my new card number despite spending hours on the phone. I have spent three days trying and I have now given up.
All people considering subccribing to Beer 52 do not do so. They are hopeless if you have a problem.

Kaye was very helpful, cancelled coffee, and postponed beer, just took a long time to get through.
Today I called to cancel my subscription and was greeted by a very pleasant man ( whose name I've have forgotten due to old age) The whole experience was done in a polite and professional manner. He is an asset to the business. Thank you for the giggles which made my day.
I had a lovely chat with Hayley Crossling who was very helpful and sorted out my query/gave me advice regarding my subscription.
Edward very helpful. Good communication. Although Beer is lovely I am not using as much and so called to cancel subscription but I had credits to use towards next subscription. So I’m still getting beer this month!
Great customer service today from Steven. Super helpful and kind mannered.
Jilly was a great help, serious sales woman just got me at the wrong time. If I wasnt cancelling I would have spend another 100 on the offers she told me about!
Jillym was Nice kind understanding and very helpful with my request
