The item was nice and well made, their items just 2 to 3 sizes too small. But I gave it to my girlfriend and she loved it.

I thought I would take my chances despite the bad reviews and I got a very cute peter pan collar detail top in check print. It just doesn't fit as I thought it would, so I emailed requesting a return and they said:

We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the item.
However, if we send you the correct item and they do not have any quality problems, we would not provide the return service.

What an awful service, in what world can you not return items. It's not worth wasting money if you cannot return. Avoid!

Bought a shirt that was too small even though it was supposed to be my size. They replaced it with the correct size without issues. I will be back.

Total rip-off merchants. Still having problems with the company now. Had to go via Amex to get my money returned after receiving a broken, unusable chandelier. Dispute has been going on for weeks. Too long to go in to full details, but do not buy from………

I bought a Butterfly led solar stake and it arrived broken then they sent a replacement. I bought an outdoor portable night light it arrived well. I find they are very prompt with replying to any communication. They are friendly as well.

I ordered a women’s active set the sizing is very small does not have labels and does not match their website size chart I have been back and forth for two weeks and now they say that refunds are for 15 days only. Do not buy from them
