Ordered an Industrial Tube Flushmount Ceiling Light with Metal Cage
on this site, but there was a slight issue. Their VIP customer service has resolved the issue with a satisfactory result. The whole process is relatively smooth .

When I ordered my crew neck I didn’t realise I had to order a size up so when I had gotten in contact with their support team I didn’t expect them to respond so soon, they did end up resolving my issue with out much back and forwards discussion as well which made it easier for me.

The leggings fit very well! They’re great

Ordered medium sized coat but was much too small for me when I tried it on. Got very prompt responses when I continually requested refund on return of item. Eventually they offered me 65% refund if I submitted a 4/5 star review.

Fast Service with consistant updates of order status. My order was exactly as advertised. Will definetly be ordering from these guys again soon.

I purchased an update Assassin's hoodie a few months ago from this company. Could not be happier.

The order process was straight forward, the delivery was fast and the after sales was pretty good.

The item itself was very good, high quality and reasonably priced.

Ordered a bat wing jumper. Got sent a cheap long sleeve tee. Despite numerous emails the company denied what they had sent was the wrong thing. They then asked it I wanted to keep it instead of sending what I had ordered. No refund no resolution. What a scam.

Ordered a shirt , u looked at size chart and chose accordingly, shirt took ages to arrive , open it tried it on and far too small , customer service is appalling, they won't refund me or take it back they asking me to take a photo of myself measuring the shirt ? DO NOT USE THIS SITE !!! Absolutely sickening. Its a con. It will be going to the charity shop , over £30 down the drain .

Their customer support was amazing. My order hadn’t arrived by the time stated so they chased it up on my behalf and unfortunately it had gone missing with Royal Mail. They then sent me a replacement without any problems or extra charge. My husband loved the hoodie Star Wars design and the fit was perfect.

What I wanted was not what I got. The fabric had a funny texture, the colours were off... It was a waste of money, time and resources.

If I wanted a full refund they'd provide it to me .. but only if I updated my review to 4+ stars and wrote nice things. I tossed $40 out the window to save you all money.

My order was received on time, the item is beautiful, product description was accurate and size was accurate as well.

I bought a dolphin hoodie a few months ago from Beautiful Halo. I bought it because of the cute dolphin heart image. But i Iam very impressed with the actual garment, it has a lovely silky feeling of the fabric. Very lightweight and does not crease( easy to pack on holiday).

This company pays for good reviews - it has offered me free gifts in exchange for a good review. You can't trust the stars it has been given here.

As soon as I placed the order the company contacted me with an acknowledgement and continued to update me while the item I had purchased was in transit. At no time was I concerned and accepted that these items may be made to order and due to international travel restrictions and import / export requirements a delay would be inevitable. I received several updates and when the item did arrive it was in a perfect condition and was exactly what had been advertised, and I had requested. Would not hesitate to either use again or recommend based on this experience.

Sent wrong item and refused to correct or refund. Will never shop here again.

They also have a many hard to find clothing in larger sizes, which I need, and I appreciate greatly. I will definitely order from here again in the future
