I am very pleased with Back Market's honesty, integrity and customer's first service for their swift refund for a product I tried canceling before shipment but was to late, so refused the delivery, requiring my signature at my door. Almost instantly I got an email that my refund was issued. I am very grateful and will be sure to buy from Back Market in the future.

I received my Samsung s22+ in excellent condition asdescribed. It was packaged well and received timely. So far the phone is working well. This is my third purchase with back market and they do not disappoint items were as described. I highly recommend this company.

So far so good, tho it's only been few days. (It was between S25 & A57, never had a flagship, always midrange, not into spending big bucks or having the latest/greatest models.) Never purchased a refurbished phone before and didn't think I ever would but came across this site and had really good reviews on trust pilot so I thought I would take a chance. I mistakenly ordered the S24 FE 256gb (condition=premium) for $414. thinking it was a S25 FE started switching my data from old phone when I noticed it said S24 so I reached out and I was able to return it the next day for free with no hassle, I reset it back to factory settings and reordered the S25 FE 128gb for $399. (condition=excellent) which is what I am using as we speak. (I really would have liked the 256gb but I'm not huge photo person and can download to laptop if need extra space.) I will mention Woot also had same phone, new for $449. so only saved $50. As mentioned so far so good customer service has been responsive and what I ordered is what I received and it is in great condition, arrived quickly, within few days. So I hope it goes well - I normally keep my phones about 4 years, if it does I will definitely consider purchasing refurbished phones in the future to save some $$ and also to be more green! Definitely recommend giving Back Market a try!

I'm not much on changing phones so the last one I got was from back market it was bought as a good condition and it was like new no defects and worked fine for 6 years i think and now just got another this time an and I was like, Galaxy S 25 ultra as good condition no problems so far and it looks like a new phone and I have recommended the site to friends. I have done business with Back Market on two occasions now, and both times my experience was excellent. I received the items in a timely manner, and they were in excellent condition as promised. I will recommend them to others and do business with them again.

Product name: Lenovo ThinkPad T14 G3 14-inch (2022). The product was delivered very quickly, and the quality was as described. The only issue I have with the product itself is that it gets hot really fast, and the battery drains quickly. But I am overall satisfied.

Ordered things four times from this site. Only once did i have an issue, and the return process was very easy and streamlined, which i think is the biggest thing that makes me trust them.

The phone I purchased from Back Market was in flawless condition. It was practically brand new with only three charge cycles. They gave me a fair trade-in for my old phone as well. The only issues I had were that the trade-in kit arrived long after I was supposed to send in my old phone, and when I called customer service, it was obviously a call center with so much background noise that I could not understand a word the rep was saying. Other than those two minor issues, my experience was great.

My Motorola phone is in perfect condition, carefully packed. Works great!

This is the third purchase from Back Market, and what’s made the experience delightful, was that every IPhone that was purchased was in mint condition. Customer service is front and center, to assist with any concerns. And last (The App is great!)
