Great phone

Great phone, my first iPhone (16 plus) coming from a Galaxy S25, all around great experience from purchase to set up. Really digging loving the iOS experience for music production and productivity,I just purchased a Mac mini m4 and an iPad. Very happy with my purchase.

Amazing experience

Super easy to purchase and arrived super quickly! I ordered my iPhone in “fair” condition but honestly it look almost perfect to me there’s like the tiniest dent on the metal part of the phone but you wouldn’t see it unless you were looking for it. Will definitely be coming back to back market next time I need an upgrade!

There was a considerable dent in a corner of the xbox and the back cover was misplaced. The Xbox runs good but I had to get the specials tools to fix the console.

Great Dyson and Company

I have purchased 3 cell phones and 1 iPad over the last 3 years, and all work as described. I bought a computer some time ago, but it ended up having issues, and no issues at all returning and received a full refund. I highly recommend Back Market for refurbished tech. I will never buy "new" again!

I had bought a Samsung Galaxy S24 at the beginning of 2025 which didn't have any issues at first. However, I kept checking for updates throughout the year, because it started crashing, lagging and it had only had one software update since I bought it. I returned it for them to repair it or figure out what was wrong with, only for them to tell me that it wasn't an unlocked phone, so they refunded it.
Then at the end of 2025, I used that refund to get a S23 Ultra through them, which was a lot better, and I received regular updates. I've only had it since about December I think, and towards the beginning of June, it randomly stopped charging. It would start charging, and then would immediately stop. It finally completely died, and it wouldn't even try to charge when it was off. So I returned it to them to repair, and thoroughly explained that I wasn't able to reset it or unlock it because it was completely dead and it wouldn't charge at all. They got it back, just to send it right back to me saying that I needed to reset it and unlock it. So I had to resort to wireless power sharing, which was literally the only way it would charge, and took hours just to get it up to 30% which was at least enough to turn it on and reset it and all that. I then sent it back for the second time, which they received Wednesday. It's Thursday morning, and I just got the email that they refunded it. So, I just went through a month of back and forth with them to get the phone reset, send it back and everything just for them to not even attempt to repair it? Unbelievable. Never buying from BackMarket EVER again. 🙄

Major IPhone 17 Pro Max Issue.

I have purchased many items from Back Market order #72183837 . Recently I “upgraded” from my IPhone X to IPhone 17 pro max. The device is faulty in way that a reasonable person who uses these devices to earn money would not easily have discerned w/out doing troubleshooting. The phone works sporadically, as do the apps such as banking.
At age 65 I got the device to earn money over the summer. I am a substitute teacher in Denver public schools. I was “forced” to update the IPhone X to better use the rideshare app ( ie: cannot get immediate deposit of earnings due to out of date IOS). Today BM tells me I missed the 30 days return by one day.
However , thankfully I used Affirm and am hoping they can fully assist me.

***To Back Market: I rate you a two due to the fact that the Phone issue is bizarre. At first certain apps wouldn’t work. Mainly my banking app. The “logic” I ran into w/ this item seemed as if it must be easily fixed. Next, I rarely use the phone. Last week I realized that if I copied and pasted a phone number in order to dial the number. It would not complete the call. Then make me re boot. Then I could no longer dial that number.
I have health issues my Medicare plan has been assisting me on. This issue put me at risk as once I called them. Going forward-I could not dial them ( then have to reboot).
Today - I went to the I-fix it for devices. Upon explaining the owner didn’t even look at the phone- he stated - it is an “antenna” and go back to Back Market. To which they let me know I missed the 30 days by one day based on when the item was delivered.

****Again to Back Market - if an IPhone is advertised as having a 100 point inspection. So, I use the device mostly for rideshare and a scrolling and the device was having a hard time backing up. It wasn’t until a few days ago I experienced the continuing situation my Dr. And today after taking the day off to resolve this. I learn it’s an issue that a reasonable person under similar circumstances would think it’s a software NOT hardware issue.

Please refund my money!

I love my new iPhone!

I love my new iPhone!! It works great, has an amazing camera, and I rarely need to charge it! I got a refurbished iPhone 15 pro max (something another traveler suggested) and it’s great! I got the iPhone in just a few days, so the delivery was speedy.
