What a surprise...I was GREAT got a Refurbished Phone Looked New they threw in a screen Protector.The Price was so Low I was thinking when the Phone arrived I would have to deal with issues.Had none I'm retired, have to be careful over spending. Everything went very well, more than expected. The laptop is so clean, it looks like new!!

Terrible customer service. Damaged my trade in. Offered $220 initially and then revised it to $80 after bending the iPad.
No one can answer a question. They cannot write in a manner that is comprehendable.
They tell me it's bent, and fully flat, in the same breath. They keep telling me to"send relevant proofs", but they don't say what that even means.
When you try to ask questions, they tell you to open a help ticket. Absurd and infuriating.

Everything shipped unbelievably quickly and came well packaged, and in good condition. All deliveries required signature so no stress about stolen packages, which was a nice surprise for me. All in all a nice experience.

Very easy to upgrade my old phone without spending a ton of money. The phone I received seemed almost new!

Smooth purchasing experience. Even though I had to return the phone due to a defective SIM slot, the return process was easy. Staff were understanding when I followed up to tell them that I forgot to include the charging cable with the RMA. I definitely recommend Back Market.

Back Market is an excellent place to find used electronics. Prices are fair, the site is easy to use, and the iPad I bought was well packaged and worked great.

I ordered an iPhone 17, 256GB phone in white for my husband as an upgrade for his iPhone XR. The order process was very easy, pricing was very reasonable, and the phone arrived within a five days of placing the order. Setup was fairly quick and easy, we just had to go to our carrier to get the new phone switched over. So far the phone has been working great and the battery lasts a long time between charges. My husband is happy with the upgrade.
