Ordered some boots for work which I received in a timely manner as per stated when the order was placed , after a few weeks unfortunately they developed a fault, The problem was resolved very quickly by a few emails with pictures and replacement was sent out, all in all the matter was delt with very quickly and efficiently …. Excellent service all round , I will definitely consider this company when looking at any future purchases .

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered two pairs of trousers in June, received them in a wrong size. I requested a replacement and I was told to just try them on, they may fit just fine. I asked for a replacement anyway and was then ignored for another month. It was only after I stressed that I would not hesitate to write adequate reviews about my experience I was finally sent a return label. The order was returned on June 6th and I still haven't received a replacement nor a refund. Calling my bank tomorrow to get my money back!

I have just received the Viper Special Ops Shirt V-CAM and it's bloody brilliant.. Fits a treat and looks the part.. Many thanks to Michael for getting back to me when I asked about the eta for the shirt. 1st class service and I would highly recommend giving them a try..!!

I ordered a Bergen on 8th August hoping to receive it for a trip on 12th August. I e mailed and asked whether it would be received by 12th and whether they could move the delivery along as I was being notified it was not ready to be dispatched.
It didn’t arrive by 12th which I thought was fair enough but it hadn’t arrived by 18th when I returned. I e-mailed to ask where it was and advised I needed it for another yomp on 24th August but needed it a day or so before so I could make sure it didn’t cut in as I’d be carrying 50+lbs. It’s 22nd now and still nothing notifying me it’s been sent.
I’ve cancelled the order and won’t be using them again.

First time of using Back Alley army store, easy to order & got exactly what I wanted, I could track my parcel easy & it came on time well wrapped.

Deleted negative feedback as they have responded and offered a full refund and option to buy again once received and not willing to leave a bad review for that would recommend picking up emails quicker than after 24 hours to save negative reviews but thank you for responding and trying to help with my order hopefully the boots arrive

Just received my order, size was meant to be Medium 38" chest, they sent a T-shirt that would fit a 44" chest. Spent £20 and their response was to offer a £5 discount on my next order???? Don't think I will waste any more money on a company that refuse to accept they made a mistake, no wonder they won't offer a size guide!!!!! Buyer beware job.
Seen your answer, yes I always review bad service and leave 1 star reviews if warranted- yours was. You only offered refund after I complained so bad customer service deserves bad reviews an it is not the only bad review of your company on Trustpilot. And you didn't credit me with £5, you offered a £5 discount if I ordered more merchandise. Not a chance!!!

Ordered a jacket in February and the zip broke within 2 weeks of use.

Got emailed by one of their bosses and told that if I took down the negative review I’d given them they’d send me another jacket as a replacement. I complied and nothing was ever sent so I then asked for a full refund for their lousy service. It is almost August and nothing has been done.

Woeful service.

Ordered the Jack Pyke roll top bag, firstly the bag is lovely, very roomy and looks great.

Had some difficulties which the customer services were great with and that for me is the important thing about a company which makes you return. Firstly the colour I ordered was out of stock so when I queried they got back to me and were quick to suggest alternative options which was a good alternative.

Secondly had the item 3 weeks and the top zip snapped in two, clearly a freak weakness in the mould as looked like it had been cut in two. Again customer services were brilliant and got me a replacement bag straight away. Highly recommend this company

Unfortunately my tool bag never arrived but good communication with James meant that I got a refund after it was clear that the bag def lost in transit. Bit of a drag but not the shops fault.

Firstly their service is excellent, they sorted an exchange for me very quickly and professionally, secondly, their products are superb quality and value for money. You are in safe hands with this company, highly recommended

After a bit of miss communication, all was sorted and responded promptly, not only with emails but also with sending the item straight away, item fitted perfect, well recommended for any military or outdoor products

I put an order in to this company on the 28th of May, i waited longer than expected for it to be dispatched however this has now been dispatched. The chap who replied to the email was polite and efficient.

I placed an order weeks ago and haven't received it. Emails back and forth with no satisfactory outcome. I also wonder if this is a genuine company as a previous reviewer said. Don't order from them.

Needed a quick delivery emailed the guys and explained , couldn’t of been more helpful delivered within a few days great 👍🏻
