I was a little apprehensive if the quality was going to hold up having ordered online without seeing our Jack and Jill seats.
I needn’t have worried as the quality is excellent - much better than expected and a really competitive price.
Also - delivered to me two days after ordering.

Good choice of garden furniture at reasonable pricing. Web site easy to use and kept informed through sales process and delivery plans. Delivery service was excellent, professional, courteous and helpful and kept us fully aware of progress.

We did a lot of research before choosing Jati for our new garden bench and I can honestly say we are completely delighted with it. So much better than we expected. The communication with the company was excellent, from initial conversations and updates, right down to the guys delivering it. I would confidently recommend them and we would certainly use them again without hesitation.

Sometimes you come across a gem. We are lucky to live near the showroom. We were made very welcome and looked after. The range and prices were very good. Delivery was on time, and care and helpfullness meant it was delivered where we wanted with respect for property. Oh! And the bench is exactly what we were looking for. Looks to be well made and finished. Very pleased

Special mention to your delivery person, who I think was Anthony, who was polite, professional and very helpful throughout. He assembled the tables and removed all the packaging, which made everything very easy for us.

I have purchased twice from Jati and both times the quality of the product and the delivery have been excellent. The company keeps you informed of delivery dates/times etc and their drivers are helpful. The items purchased are well wrapped and although not cheap are worth every penny, the quality is superb.

The delivery driver was amazing. It was raining heavily and yet the driver was fantastic. He placed the new bench outside where the old one was before. Courteous and kind. Thank you for your service.

I ordered folding dining chairs that were in stock and was amazed that they were delivered the next day.

Great service from beginning to end. Very pleased with the quality of our Lutyens bench. Customer service was really good and delivery first class from a helpful and courteous driver. Bench really well protected from any damage during transit. Would thoroughly recommend.

We bought 2 teak reclining loungers with side table earlier in the year to replace 2 that we'd had for 10 years and had got a lot of use out of (we passed these on to friends, so they're still being used). Anyhow, the new ones were a bit sticky to adjust and we struggled to get the side table out and after about a month to make sure they'd properly dried out, we contacted Leanne at Cyan to explain our concerns. The team there has been really professional and helpful, and they were picked up and "tweaked" by their joinery team and then delivered back to us, all without fuss and now work like a dream. I highly recommend this company and their well made and good value furniture. Thanks again!

Great small showroom to see before buy and Sarah there could not have been more helpful. I took my chairs to check they fitted underneath and chose one with a middle pedestal. I had bespoke size in the end but hardly cost any difference. Great value and would not hesitate to recommend. (They even deliver your table with their own drivers and assemble legs in your garden for you). So stylish in my garden.

This is the second Kennington 2 seater Teak Garden Bench we have purchased from JATI. The first one purchased was in February 2023 and has, despite being left out uncovered, coped really well transforming into a great silver colour.
Excellent value for money. Cheaper ones are out there but the quality and workmanship are way off JATI products.
The fact we returned speaks volumes. Delivery was as planned with a polite and driver.
The two Kennington benches will be spending decades with ourselves and families.

I purchased a Wimbledon banana bench via Amazon and was very pleased with it. It was very well wrapped but I really would have liked to have seen it when it arrived, the delivery driver was on his own so could only leave it on my front garden.
I am 70 years old and had to help move it to the back garden.
I opened the bench and I loved it was very well made.
While I was looking for a backless bench I came across a teak coffee table and thought it would be nice to get one so I checked to see if there was one available to match my bench, I was pleased that there was and I ordered it straight away.
This is where the 4 star comes in the table is nice but very patchy and is getting worse the top looks like it has been treated or painted with something and this area looks missed it has no colour at all.
I did contact Jati and they said it was normal but I’m really not happy with it, the area which is worse has a very different feel to it.
I was advised to buy some teak care protector and was told it would be best to get a twin pack which I have done.
I really don’t think I shouldn’t have to start using products on furniture that is only a few weeks old plus paying another £45 for the pleasure of it.
Overall I am very disappointed the table doesn’t look as good as the bench, I almost don’t want to use I could have got one half the price in the banana shape also teak, but decided to get the match.
There is no doubt that this furniture are very well constructed but in my case wish I had not purchased the coffee table

Absolutely first class service from this company, in particular Kiera who answered my numerous queries really quickly. The reclining chair is superb quality. Highly recommend this company.

Sunloungers with screws that break off in the heat! I had given these loungers 5 star as they look good and are easy to make but the screw heads just fell off in the heat of our UK summer. Their customer service was very clear that screws are 'consumable items' that need to be managed in varying weather conditions - 'They need to be adjusted when the weather changes'. What utter nonsense!

I had to plead with them for a refund which initially they would not give as they said it was outside the initial 2 month return window. When I asked the customer service agent what her name was and her role in the company, I was accused of harassment and she put the phone down on me. I was only trying to get some sense out of how I could get a refund.
It took alot of my time to ensure I did get a refund.

Other companies have realised the issue with these brass screws and have replaced them with steel screws that dont 'sheer off' in the heat.
The sunbeds themselves are fine but I would not buy from a company that has such a dreadful customer service team with products not fit for purpose.

I ordered a bench from jati via amazon. It arrived yesterday. So very happy with it. Its so well made ,I've been looking for a while and seen much dearer ones that arnt made as well. The whole experience was so easy. The company kept me updated with regards to delivery. And it arrived exactly when it was meant to. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am delighted with the lovely memorial bench I ordered in memory of my husband. The quality of the wood and carved inscription are perfect. The customer service I received from a charming lady was outstanding and the delivery was excellent.

Contacted your company on monday, spoke to a very helpful lady and she checked delivery for my post code.
The garden bench arrived just after 8 o'clock on Wednesday. I was prewarned about early delivery, no probs.
Bench very well constructed, looks great and just coated with reak oil. Looks even better which i didn't think possible. Considering purchasing another for my rear garden. Everything looking great.
