I must say I am so impressed with these people.
I was looking for a certain bear for my baby and I could not find it any were am I checked every where and this was the only place I could find it and that is genuine they really have all you will ever want for your baby I give them 100% honest.

I was so impressed with Babycity on my first order that I ordered a second item the next day. As with the first order the quality was excellent and the service faultless. I was able to order with confidence knowing that my order would be dispatched quickly and well packaged. The courier was excellent informing me of the delivery time within a one hour slot. I could not find this toy any cheaper than on Babycity and although it was my first time ordering with them I took the chance. I was not disappointed as it was exceptionally fast delivery and the packaging was perfect. I will definitely use Babycity again.

I was looking all over the internet for a baby bath, a good quality one, and i was disappointed not to find any. Babycity had exactly what i was looking for, the bath is amazing, very usefull, is just that my baby is to small to enjoy a proper bath. I ordered a Cosetto Baby Changer on a Wednesday evening and true to their word, as it was delivered after 3pm that day, it got delivered on the Friday. I did have to call up a couple of times just to make sure it was going to be delivered on the Friday as the website information showed delivery on a Saturday, however the lady I spoke to was very helpful and promised that the order would be dispatched that day.

The delivery partners, DPD, also were very comunicative with texts, detailing when, it would be delivered and on the day of delivery, the hour slot when it would be delivered.

Overall a very pleasant shopping experience with quick turnaround, would definitely use again and I can recommend with confidence.

I searched for the perfect present to take to Australia, for four little girls and these Aurora dolls caught
my eye, when they arrived I was delighted they are perfect and the girls ages vary from birth to 5 and these suit all, fantastic I will purchase these again! Thank you I can't wait to give these gorgeous dolls as presents!

I ordered an item to France. The website was well designed to handle foreign information and credit cards (sadly this is not always a given). The item was also here the next day which was quite impressive. I would, however, have liked an option to pay a little less than 10 GBP for delivery and wait a few days longer.

Ordered Monday morning and item was delivered Tuesday.
