All good apart from slow delivery.

Absolutely brilliant: arrived next day (I'd paid for standard delivery), well packaged and love the item! E-mails sent for each step of the order and delivery process so you know exactly where your order is. Will definitely use Baby City again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Service received was brilliant and my order was received the day after placing it. Could not find the same product cheaper elsewhere. Would definitely recommend this company.

I was looking for a gift. It was out of stock in John Lewis and ridiculous price on amazon and i have two days before i had to give it to my niece. I Googled the item and found this site. Not only was it in stock but cheaper than other places and it offered next day delivery. I went for it and very very pleased. Arrived next day (something amazon has failed at more than once this xmas!) was well packaged and just what i wanted. Couldn't ask for more. And my niece.s face when she saw it? As they say - priceless. Thank you babycity, i will use you again!

I order my nephew a rocker chair for Christmas baby city was the only place left with it in stock, which was great as it was £10 cheaper then any where else. I got told it would take 3-5 days to delivery and it only took 2 days :). Fast cheap service would 100% shop here again thanks

The items came the next day, most of the other sites did not sell the item I wanted , places like mother are and boots do not sell them. I am glad I found this site and will use it again.

Product was the best price off the internet, delivery was very quick - with mobile updates on delivery times - spot on!

Ordered some cupboard latches that seemeed to be sold out in the three supermarkets that I actually physically visited off of babycity.co.uk and they arrived very promptly. The price and packaging were excellent and my only grumble would be the delivery cost but that minor niggle aside, I'll be using them again.

Item I ordered was out of stock but I was kept informed of when stock would be in, I received my parcel, very well packaged a few days later.

I was surprised to get it so fast. The BabyChef yogurt maker works very well.
As with all yogurt makers you will also have to buy either a small pot of live yogurt or some dried yogurt starter (very expensive) to make your first batch.

I think the Alphabet Soup bedding is discontinued. Babycity had the best price and delivered my purchase quickly. I would use them again. Thanks Babycity!

Ordered an Obaby Foam Mattress, which was the cheapest price of any other on the net. it wad delivered 2 days later. Was kept informed every step of the way of the status of the order, and offered options of delivery dates by text, which was really useful. Very pleased with the service!

I was very happy with the baby bedding that I ordered, it was bright, colourful and perfect for our nursery. I was kept up to date with the position of the delivery, even receiving a text with expected date (with easy options to change) and then a text in the day telling me the hour in which they'd be here, perfect! It all arrived on time and I am very happy so would definitely order from Baby city again. Thank you!

Item ordered just after 3pm and was delivered the next day! Was kept uptodate as well as when it would be delivered. Excellent service will def use Babycity again.
