As I handcraft personalised baby boot sets for new born babies it is very important to have the right, safe, quality teddy resting on the box lid. I ordered during the Easter holiday, I got a delivery confirmation the next business day and delivery on the following. I got an hour delivery window and the driver came right on time! Great service, would shop here another time!

Goods ordered on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. How good is that! Musical mobile looks fine but as it's a gift it hasn't been unpacked it yet.

I am very happy with my purchases, however The goods I ordered were sent in a box much larger than was necessary, and there was no padding whatsoever. The delivery driver actually dropped the box and it was sheer good luck that my goods were not damaged as they jostled sbout inside the box. Also, the baby's sleep suit I ordered was not presented in its own packaging, instead it was put into a huge plastic bag obviously intended for something much, much larger.

Toy arrived quicker than expected, was a great price and they even threw in a free gift, which was unexpected.

To top it off the TopCashback payment tracked and paid quickly too.

I had never used or even heard of Baby City before so when I was looking for bits for my new baby I wasn't sure whether to risk buying the expensive items from somewhere I hadn't tried and tested. However, the prices were much more competitive (my total order beat the usual baby stores by £70 or more) so we took the risk and paid with Paypal for added security.

I am so glad we did! Aside from the savings, the service was second to none. Everything was delivered next day, perfectly packaged, and I was kept up to date via email.

I decided to buy this product as I was going to be looking after a young child with epilepsy especially at night. It ticked all the boxes. It was a really good buy. I did a bit of research first and found thus site to be the cheapest so well done highly recommend them
