What a relief it was to go from 4Mb to a 1Gb connection, no more waiting for things to load!
The whole experience with B4RN was good from start to finish and the two occasions I did have to call them I was pleasantly surprised to talk to a knowledgeable person who sorted my problems very efficiently.
I think the most impressive part was the "can do" approach to all difficulties, which I believe is the key to their success.

B4RN did a brilliant job in guiding me how to disconnect my existing Sky broadband connection and taking over our land line whilst retaining our existing telephone number and email address. Overall cost saving was more than £60 per month!

BARN provide an excellent service to local communities. Connection was straightforward, the staff are really helpful if you have any queries and the communication from BARN is always timely and relevant.
We have had no problems at all and would highly recommend.

Excellent Service and Helpline. Ian in particular was knowledgeable, informative and took time to explain the problem, along with creating a solution. B4RN fibre network on a rural community is so vital. To put things in perspective I have more speed and bandwidth in to my rural home that the multi million pound company I work for!!

We have been lucky enough to have had B4RN for 12 years now. I can honestly say it’s the best internet provider I have ever had. It’s so quick and amazing value for money. We had one issue over the years with a piece of equipment and it was immediately dealt with by friendly and helpful staff. I can’t praise enough!
I love that it’s a community project. That we all came together to dig for it and everyone helped. The bigger picture of ensuring rural communities have connection and information-
