I’ve been with AXA for many years, and overall I’ve been very happy with their service. However, I do have one concern. I believe loyal, long-term customers should be treated much better. Instead of i... See more

Took a while to get through to a person with a voice !!! But after speaking to your agent it was clear and helpful, First class and 5 stars
Found it very difficult to speak to anyone being a new customer would have liked to discuss things it was impossible. Also would have liked a hard copy as I have no printer.
So no communication to give personal critique

I contacted the AXA call centre today.
The call was answered very swiftly by a knowledgeable agent, who provided the required information, and a link to access the section of the website I was enquiring about.
I then went on, and was able to book car insurance with AXA.
A swift, friendly, straightforward and professional service.
Not easy to change your car insurence adding another car to your policy i had cancelle one policy to insure my new car.
I find AXA so easy to deal with.I do not use the online service always done by telephone and it is always explained fully and simply
Making Changes to my car insurance on the app was very easy to do. No stress and straight forward.
They voided my home insurance policy over a genuine mistake I made, but the way they handled it was shocking. Instead of helping me correct the error or offering any reasonable solution, they immediately cancelled the policy and left me without cover. No guidance, no support, just a flat refusal. Very poor customer service.
What a bunch of Cowboys!!
Edit:
Oh, of course. The distinguished cowboys in suits have decided my review is “fake” unless I hand over my personal details. How tragic for them. Imagine needing customer data just to cope with a bit of criticism. Their excuses are so flimsy I’m surprised they haven’t blown away in the breeze. But sure, let’s pretend they’re running a serious operation and not a discount rodeo with Wi‑Fi. If they spent half as much effort fixing problems as they do whining about reviews, they might actually impress someone.
I mean, honestly, I don’t want anything to do with these cowboys. They’ve already shown exactly what they are, and the only thing they truly deserve is being exposed — loudly — for their nonsense. Voiding my home insurance policy over a genuine mistake and leaving me in a dangerous situation? Brilliant work. Imagine if my house had actually burned down — but hey, as long as they’re cashing in those monthly payments, who cares, right? These cowboys aren’t interested in protecting homes; they’re interested in protecting their bank balance. The moment a customer makes a claim, suddenly it’s a rodeo of excuses, loopholes, cancellations, and voided policies.Absolutely disgraceful behaviour — but sure, let’s pretend this is a “professional service” and not a Wild West money‑grab.

I put home protect on trust pilot they contacted me saying we would like to help then just repeated a no to the claim smashed home laptop who in 2021 uses a decktop any one whos has had a AXA claim refused i would like to hear from them
AXA have come back saying they do it deal with their policies if they are sold through a gate keeper broker
So you should only deal direct do not use brokers It’s great hide behind by AXA. Another way of not dealing with the public buying their products

The service I was given yesterday when I broke down was disgusting. From the time I made my first call until the break down service took so long as especially as I was told because of my age I was vulnerable. Breaking down on a busy motorway with heavy lorries passing at speed I could not hear the call centre person or understand stand what she was saying. I would not recommend AXA to anybody as I found the service disgusting. I am-due for a renewal shortly and I certainly will not be renewing with AXA I would rate yesterdays service as 1 out of 10

Very helpful and pleasant gentleman on the phone when I rang regarding some queries

Website was so easy to follow, and it didn't take that long to sort out, better than a long phone call.

Found our car with the windscreen cracked yesterday. We put in a claim, and Axa's provider, Autoglass has told us it will be 3 weeks until it can be fixed, leaving us without a legally drivable car for that time. It's put us in a very difficult situation during the school holidays. Very poor service.

AXA do not as far as I'm aware advertise their services on the internet via comparison sites.
Being a traditional kind of person I prefer deling with people directly not via AI programmes.
I have dealt with members of staff who have always been professional but more importantly, human, giving me the feeling that I am an individual and my custom is appreciated that personal touch is vital and very sadly lacking in today's society.; Well done AXA and I will remain in your 'family' for the foreseeable future. DONT LOSE THE HUMAN TOUCH!
