Shopped around for my renewal, Aviva were amazing I am receiving the same level of car insurance cover but it came in £200 less than my current insurer.

Disgusting bunch of Cowboys
We are with Aviva Health who are a bunch of cowboys. Having been with them since 2022 and now attempting to claim on major eye surgery for our daughter which they are trying their best to get out of covering. We have proceeded with the operation and self funded as we cannot wait for these jokers to process the claim. They are finding every single excuse under the sun not to pay out. They agreed to pay the initial consultancy fee of £200 and are now rejecting the consultants invoices! We have paid over £12K in premiums and they cannot bear to pay out £200 - absolutely disgusting company - DO NOT go anywhere near AVIVA.
